Overall it was a good experience. The check in process went well. Then cam the only true negative. The wait. It was over 30 minutes from my spot time until I was called back. After that everything was back on track. The techs did a great job. The hygienist, in my opinion, was trying to up sell me on some services. The Doc gave me all the options and advised me on how we would proceed. I will say this facility did a great job on being transparent and keeping me abreast of the next steps.

They where very nice and professional, it was my first time so my exam was free. It wasn’t one of those quick don’t really care exams but it was very proficient. The Assistant and Dr was very pleasant and easy to talk to. They didn’t try to force anything on you but listened to what you had to say. I will be back Monday for a abstraction and a fitting for my partial. I will recommend them to others.

The staff was friendly the dentist done i good job on pulling my tooth the only problem I have is give me a treatment plan without explaining what it all means and if there is any other option?

Would give 0 stars if I could. I made an appt for my son and I, as we were in emergency status. We drove an hour and a half in which the receptionist made us stand there for 30 minutes before actually acknowledging us only to say they won’t see my child and that they won’t honor the 20% first visit and free X-ray promo. They said oh we will call you when we are ready for you. They never called. We wasted an entire drive to them and I wasted half a days work thanks to them! However, Family dental in Yukon was kind enough to take us on an emergency basis and waved most of the fees. They now have us as patients for long term care set up and my better review

I had a broken tooth that had become infected and was causing great pain. Aspen Dental was able to get me in quickly to get the tooth extracted. I was concerned about cost because I don't have insurance. They showed me upfront what my cost would be and were able to provide me with a discount. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Woke up feeling horrible with a tooth ache and called first thing in the morning since I couldn’t sleep anyways and they got me in the same day. The staff was very patient and kind……everyone in there cares about what they do and you feel it from the moment you walk in. Everyone around me took the time to explain the dental issues I was dealing with and Cannot say the same for other dentist offices I’ve been to, very blessed to go here and receive care. If I feel uncomfortable I tend to have anxiety attacks and I had zero problems here.they created a plan of attack to conquer the mess I had gotten myself into by avoiding the dentist. Safe to say this place is going to be the only one I’ll be going to from now on

I've been using Aspen for about 7 years now. Mainly in Pennsylvania. I was very happy with the service, product, and treatment. I came to Oklahoma not knowing that there was an Aspen dental here.
I have only positive wonderful things to say about Dr. Phil and her staff. The fit of the dentures far exceeded my expectations. Between Dr. Phil and April I got the best fitting dentures I've ever had. And I've had several! Wonderful folks, very professional, I highly recommend them at least for dentures!

At first I thought this was going to be our dentist. My words that were left here became their second sentence review. They twisted my review. However when it came to getting my tooth fixed or getting my money back, the store manager was dodging me. Avoiding me. I spoke to a manager. she said that I would have to speak to her regional manager. She never gave me a contact to get ahold of the regional manager. I have a lot of documentation proving all of this. When we brought up litigation, they completely stopped replying. It has been well over a month since I have heard from them. I have emailed the manager and Aspen dental customer service several times. We are still waiting on a reply. This was 6 months ago. I am a local guide on Google. They got a lot of views of my great review. Although I do have to change it today. It has been 6 months now. We still do not have a tooth that fits or our $600 back. if you go in to this place, make sure that you are one hundred percent happy before you leave. As a Google local guide, I would advise you to stay away from this facility. The commercials say 100% money-back guarantee. Well we are finding that to not be true.

My dads 4 year old dentures broke a tooth. The warranty was over. I went to Aspen on SW 3rd st. in OKC, lots of people waiting but had to only wait 20 minutes. The staff got right on my dads dentures and made him a new tooth to match on the spot. They cleaned and polished the dentures perfectly. We sat down with the manager and she had assistants check out dads insurance (he had none that applied). The manager's name was Tommi ( sorry, forgot all other names) and she worked very hard to charge us the lowest possible price. Very, very pleasant to work with with a good attitude .Plain English. The assistant brought the dentures back in 45 minutes completed! Perfect match. I was impressed with the service and the speed and most important the price. Its nice to find a well run establishment that doesn't try to extract ( no pun ) every penny from you. Long story to tell you five stars.

Aspen is the best place I've ever been. Very understanding of my anxiety. All the staff are really nice and my dentist is the best I've ever had. She answered all my questions / concerns. I would recommend Aspen.

I went to another location and had a terrible experience, nothing like the Aspen I'm used to. However my dentist is no longer local so I will probably leave Aspen. My dentist made her office what it was. Not they are cold and impersonal. I'd give a 2 stars.
