The staff at Aspen dental would be what I would consider as the best dental offices that I have ever visited. I have gone to two other dental offices since my arrival in OKC. I’ll just say the experience of both of them was not very good. However, Aspen dental is the best. The staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding. They explain the procedure and answered all questions pertaining to the procedure and the aftercare. To me those few minutes of questions and answers were invaluable. In my book they are definitely a five star organization. And yes last but not least kudos to the business side of the organization. They had no problem Filing my insurance and arranging for payment of the care not covered in the dental plans. Five star organization from top to bottom.

I went there because I had a tooth ache. They showed me a plan to fix everything in my mouth, but never help me with the pain that I was in. They only want to sell you a plan for the future and not help with the pain that you are in now.

This place is a joke. Office staff is not professional. I watched the receptionist talk disrespectful to several potential customers that called. The wait time for our appointment was horrible. We were not seen till almost 1.5 past our appointment time then we were rushed though. We went in simply to have a tooth pulled and next thing I knew we were in an office and they wanted $5000. This place is just out for money. They schedule as many patients as possible and even take walk ins to try and get as much money as possible. This place should be illegal it’s full of rejects!

I had been to Aspen Dental before and was very pleased with their services...but I recently had a tooth break and needed to get in to see the dentist. I received a phone call to gather my insurance information and the girl (receptionist) was extremely rude to me. She told me my dental insurance was cancelled. I told her she was looking at my old dental insurance policy with my former employer. I tried to explain that I have a new dental policy with a new employer, but she attempted to explain to me that I was wrong. Dear Lord...I then asked if I could still come in and get the tooth taken care of. She told me no and then explained that I would only get a consultation on my first visit. I attempted to explain to her that I am having a dental emergency and she told me that I would have to schedule a second appointment to get it taken care of. I gave up and called another dental service. They got me in immediately and were very polite and understanding with me. I will never go back to Aspen Dental even if I was dying of a dental emergency. The young lady at the front desk should be fired and replaced with a courteous individual who understand human relations. I have begun telling all my friends, family and co-workers of my negative experience at Aspen Dental and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this business.

I cannot say enough about the incredible service we received at Aspen Dental! My son, who has special needs, was treated with respect and compassion. The staff even played his favorite music to get him to relax! Everyone, from the office manager to the doctor, were so nice, informative, and professional. Thank you, Aspen Dental!

I went in due to a broken tooth and abcess. I reported my penicillins allergy in the paperwork prior to my first visit with the dentist, was prescribed amoxicillin for the infection, and sent on my way. I thought it was weird, but decided to trust the dentist. Three days into the antibiotics, I developed extremely painful sores all throughout my mouth (lips, cheeks, back of mouth, tongue, under tongue, in my gums, etc) which covered over with sheets of white, dead skin. Some of the spots were roughly nickel and dime-sized. They looked and felt like bad burns. It took me multiple phonecalls to make them listen to what was happening, and they finally told me to stop taking it.
They did set me up with follow up appointments at the Norman location to keep an eye on the condition, but it was bare minimum. All they wanted to do was look at it for a few minutes, give me prescriptions, then send me on my way. No one took the time to look at my abcess or broken tooth (which was the root of the entire situation) unless I specifically asked. No one would even explain me what was going on, what the sores were, etc. I did ask, but the dentist said he didn't know exactly what the reaction was. All the while I couldn't eat, sleep, or brush my teeth properly. And it was impacted my ability to work.
On top of that, when discussing the situation with the Norman Aspen, an employee stated that the mistake would not have been made if I'd come there in the first place.
She, of course, said this was a joke, but no one wants to hear that in a situation such as that. I also spoke with who I believe is the manager of the Norman location. When I mentioned how no one seemed to be paying attention to the abscess and broken tooth (or at least they weren't mentioning it/advising me on it unless I asked), she stated they were just told to keep an eye on the reaction. So she essentially admitted they were doing only what they were told and nothing more.
The lack of professionalism is shocking. All they had to do was read my chart, see that I have an allergy, and prescribe something outside the penicillin "family." But now, here I am dealing wth a tooth extraction right before Christmas. Were it not for the reaction condition needing to heal, we could have completed the tooth extraction nearly two weeks ago, as I would have ended my prescription on 12/10/2021.
DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION!
Edit 12/2/2022:
My review still has not received a response, not does it appear for others to see. Aspen, are you afraid for people to see my testimony, or even respond to me?

I LOVED the dentist that did my exam. Made me laugh and not feel so nervous and was very easy going and warm. The office itself however was super behind and unorganized. I ended up staying way longer than normal (got seen about an hour and a half after I got there) and still was never seen to go over pricing because I just could not wait anymore. I was NEVER rude about it or anything. Office manager, director or whoever she is, is very unorganized, not the friendliest even though it’s HER office and employees that are lacking and needs to do better. I have been trying to get ahold of the paper than has the run down of the prices with all of the dental work I will need since LAST week. First she was supposed to call me on Friday and didn’t so I had to wait until the weekend was over and call HER. Never got the email she claimed she sent Monday nor did she ever follow up to ensure that I received it either. I didn’t so I had to call them AGAIN. She claims she sent it AGAIN. I give up and am moving forward with another dentist. This place may work for others but it was a waste of time for me. If you want adequate, timely and efficient services then I would look elsewhere because you won’t get treated like a person here by the people in the office. You are just a number a price.

Aspen Dental.
Worse experience I've ever had at a dentist office❗️
I arrived at my 1:15 pm appt at 1:00 pm.
Every white person who arrived after me and another Black person, was seen first.
I asked why I was being skipped .
I was told they were short on help.
Then was told to wait 30 to 45 more minutes.
I waited.
Then was told I had to reschedule my appt, after being told that I'd be seen.
I informed their staff that I'd be filing an F.T.C. complaint....
When asked how my appt went this was and is my answer.
It was horrible and I couldn't recommend my friends , because I like my friends.
