If you work or live in the downtown area, this is one of the best located offices around.
Very professional and welcoming staff. They were able to help break down the services they offered in a clear and concise manner and helped me select a new dental insurance for the next open enrollment period. Dr. Truong is great at putting you at ease at your visit. He's really nice and can make you laugh without using laughing gas! This whole office is a modern patient centered experience.

I went in for a semi-emergency my first time there, and was seen the same day. I had to get two areas worked on, and when I asked if they were almost done with the first, they said, “Honey, we’re done with both.” I brought a book to read while I waited, but I never even needed it. If you can possibly have an amazing experience with a dentist, you won’t find it anywhere else but here. I have since moved to Fort Worth but I still come here for all of my dental needs because they are so sweet.

From booking the appointment to checking out, the entire staff is engaging, accommodating, and friendly. I had the appointment a couple days ago and have already told many of my friends to check them out. The environment is so much more relaxed than a typical, white-wall dentist office, while maintaining a professional atmosphere. They understand people have anxiety and sensitivities regarding dentistry, and they go above and beyond the call to make you as comfortable as possible. Plus they answered questions I had about my teeth before I even asked! I was so impressed. I'm actually looking forward to my next dental appointment!

Amazingly friendly staff. Cool, modern space. The most comfortable dental experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve never met a dentist as engaging as Dr. Steve. I always look forward to my checkups (after furiously flossing the week before). My highest recommendation!

Many positives! Lovely urban-chic decor, impeccably clean. Dr Truong has mastered the art of being friendly while conveying professionalism. The staff is welcoming - flashing their winning smiles with ease 😁 Importantly, I need to mention that it's more than just atmospheric - these people know their stuff! My front tooth is involved and they understand that it's a mighty big deal to get it cosmetically right. Special shout out to Kelly who actually walked me to my car so I could use the ringing of her phone to locate my phone - which I had lost in the bowels of my car. (Found it Successfully!) I mean talk about going above and beyond! Two thumbs up for this place! 👍👍

This place looks very clean, and everyone seems to be nice and polite. However, they do not respect or value the time of their clients. After a 30 minute wait (after showing up early for the set appointment), I simply had to leave. I don't want someone to be paid or rewarded for such service.
If you have all afternoon to spend on a cleaning... or if you're unemployed/retired/work evenings... then this place should work for you.
Personally, I need a dentist that doesn't assume I'm fine waiting until half an hour after my appointment is supposed to start.
