Two weeks in a row my kids had appointments each week called last minute saying they had to cancel. Two weeks in a row!! I realized I had the wrong time this week and told them I’d be ten minutes late. I have the next two hour appointments for both my kids. They said well we have to cancel again! Don’t go here. The most unprofessional office I’ve ever heard of. Office looks shady as well. Save your time. I wouldn’t trust them with my teeth. Horrible experience!!

If I could give 0 stars I would , this is the worst dentist experience I’ve had in a very long time. I needed some dental work done, but they wanted to do a cleaning before they could tell me what the plan and price were for my repair. Long story short, I got the cleaning done but never heard back called many times, but I was told someone would get back to me. After over a month of waiting, I finally moved on and found a fantastic dentist and got everything taken care of. Fast forward a year later, I get a bill for a tooth cleaning I paid over a year ago.
I talked to the office staff about “my bill,” and I was told they were bought out and they don’t have any of the information from before, so no one can give me a detailed list of what was done, charged, and paid but somehow they know I have an unpaid balance.
I would highly recommend to anyone reading this to run the other way. There is plenty of good dental office, but this is not one of them.

The best dentist experience I ever had . Very honest and professional

Great dentist and staff! Extremely nice and professional. I had a root canal and a bad wisdom tooth extracted on the same day. I was really worried about the procedure and the pain that I might experience. The staff explained everything from finance to what to expect throughout the procedure. Dr. Turbush made sure my mouth was completely numb throughout the procedure and responded to me during the process by stopping, giving me a break and asking how I was feeling. He applied additional numbing medication throughout the procedure to make sure I felt nothing. Dr. Turbush was very patient with me. He is a great dentist. The day after, I could not believe that my pain was so minimal.

Excellent dental care, friendly, helpful, professional and patient oriented care. Always made time for me and my emergency, I felt I was in very capable hands with Dr. Turbush.

Legacy Family Dentistry is a great local dental office for the entire family. I have been a patient here since the beginning and do not plan on going anywhere else. Dr. Fortenberry and his staff are very personable and do a wonderful job educating you. They take the time to explain procedures and your options for the best treatment. His office has squeezed me and my family in countless times over the years for injuries, repairs, and routine exams. My 7 year old and I leave every appointment feeling like we are their favorite patients. I would recommend Dr. Fortenberry's office to anyone looking for a dentist.

I really love the staff at Legacy Family Dentistry. They take care of our whole family, including our 9 year old. They are professional, extremely kind and caring and great at what they do. I highly recommend.

I've been going to Dr. Fortenberry for a few years now. Both he and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They always remember me. Appointments are usually always available when I need them, and the staff works well to meet my needs. I really couldn't imagine going anywhere else for dental care!

I really love coming here. I’m someone who has always had terrible experiences with dentists, and I suffer from extreme anxiety which never helps.
But since day 1 I’ve always felt comfortable and actually enjoy coming in! Everyone here is just wonderful!
