The team at pepper tree dental has just been amazing. I was at a different dentist but went with them for my Vivera retainers. I chose to switch to them and they even scheduled me a cleaning appointment on my way out. Pepper Tree dental is like being at home only everyone is on their job while relaxing... I guess what I'm really tryn to say is u're that comfortable that u feel like u're at home with room service... The staff is always polite, from entry to exit... The greeting is actually genuine... U certainly don't get that very often, anywhere else.... Ok, I don't anyway... The feeling of home comes n when they want to kno how your day, week, month was or has been? An they don't care how long it takes u to tell them, they're listening... An as for being professional? The office is ran jus as smooth, an the work done is done swiftly an excellent an at great time..

I had an upper left cavity to fill -- between two teeth.
I barely felt the shot to numb for pain, and felt absolutely nothing as the cavity was being filled. My bite was still very good after checking (biting down on "carbon" paper to be certain that the bite is good), and other than polishing the filling area, the dentist was finished. I know what it feels like to have a poor bite after the filling -- which gives one a terrible headache -- but Dr. Jeffries and his dental assistant did a masterful job.
