I visited Kutsch Dentistry on September 8, 2021. This office is a great office from every standpoint of view. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home once you enter the office.
Dr. Carson Kutsch's assistant Ashley was extremely professional. She was caring, respectful, patient, and very knowledgeable.
The dentist, Dr. Carson, was very nice, skilled, informative, and friendly in his communication. He was honest, straightforward, and precise in his diagnosis.
In conclusion, this office can be described by high professionalism and friendliness.

The people that I interacted with on my visit (first visit, as a matter of fact) were absolutely wonderful. They took plenty of time to talk with me, look at x-rays and pictures, and discuss the many options available to me with this office. I would recommend a visit to this office by anyone that is normally anxious about going to the dentist. Also, they do present options with different costs available, and the options they feel may be right and fit with your budget. I will be back for another visit to hopefully get treatment for my dental work started.

I had a new patient consult with Dr. Kutsch and Ashley. They were so friendly and took the time to just chat and get to know me. I need to have a crown replaced and was so happy to learn that it can all be done in one appointment because they make the crowns onsite. I also have high anxiety with dental procedures and am confident that their twilight sedation process will make the experience much less stressful.

I was thrilled to find a dental office where my teeth actually got cleaned and my mouth didnt hurt for days after. Made an appointment to have all the maintenance done. Was given an amout of roughly $2300 to have it all done. Only an hour appointment, so nothing crazy. Couple weeks later I call and ask to speak with the billing department (I had questions about self pay rates). I was ignored by the front desk person, she fumbled her way poorly on all of my questions. And then she tells me its going to cost nearly $5000!!!!!! Due the day of. Oh, they would do 10% off if I paid a week early. I asked again about self pay rates, with great attitude she told me everyone pays the same as insurance! They have the audacity to charge patients the same rates as the insurance! I work in the billing department of a medical center, we do discounted rates for self pay, due at time of service.
I did look and realized that my new insurance is actually out of network with their office now. But no one mentioned it. I found it odd for the first ever I was charged after the fact for a cleaning and xray. My last office was horrible to your mouth but at least they didnt charge you for the difference even when my insurance was out of network at times. And they gave me discounted rates when I didnt have insurance.

This Dentist Office is Amazing!! As soon as you step into their office you are met with a very calm low stress, positive and caring environment that really made my visit a pleasure. The staff is very helpful, kind and personable which really made any of the normal worries or concerns about going to the dentist just disappear. I am so happy to have found this Dentist and would highly recommend them!!

This was my first time with Doctor Kutsch. The tech was delightful, concerned and made me feel at ease. The Doc was so kind, knowledgeable and did a beautiful job on my cap. Looks wonderful. Office receptionist kind and got me in right away..so thankful.I have to say this office is worth going to.

I have never been excited to say, "I have a Dentist appointment" until now. Yesterday was my first visit (new patient exam and cleaning) and I had the best experience ever!!!! I even got a follow up call that night from Dr. Kutsch asking me how the rest of my visit went.

2/14/19 UPDATE: I have been going here for several years now. Every time I go it is the same or better. Their staff is second to none and the experience is always the best. They make it so easy to want to come back I squeeze in extra cleanings every year.
