I am genuinely saddened to update my review. This practice expanded so much, so quickly, and unfortunately, I got dropped through the cracks as a patient and a customer.
I was seen by a new dentist without being told, or even introduced. The last straw for me was when I had a dental emergency that kept me awake for three days and needed a root canal. I was told 11 days was the best they could do.
This practice does good dental work, and everyone is friendly, but I ultimately left for a practice that knows my name and could take care of me.

I had my second appointment and had my first cleaning and adjustment with Dr. Bickler and hygienist Alison yesterday and already my mouth pain is feeling better. They were so nice and patient with me, I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist and they really did all they could to put me at ease and minimize my pain. I can't believe that I'm looking forward to my next appt!

After eight long years of avoiding dentistry due to a severe anxiety disorder, I returned to find the most caring and compassionate practice one could have ever hoped for. The patience and professionalism of the staff combined with such a comforting atmosphere has made one of my deepest fears simply vanish. Upon my first visit, I was literally terrified to enter the building for my intake session. However, Traci's warm smile and greeting immediately put me at ease. The appointment with Stefanie was the most fun experience I have ever had in a dentist's office. Her ability to connect with her patients and make the entire intake relaxing and understandable was all the proof I needed that I had made the right decision for my oral care. Today, Dr. Kutsch and Sarah frequent inquired as to how I was doing and were most accommodating my specific needs. Stefanie even stopped what she was doing and swung by during the procedure just to make sure I was alright and offer encouragement. Later in the evening, Dr. Kutsch went the extra mile, taking the time to call to make sure I was recovering and answered any questions I had. The process, which involved a tooth extraction and a crown, was, dare I say, enjoyable. I cannot possibly expressing my gratitude enough to Dr. Carson Kutsch and his amazing staff for all they have done for me. Thank you for everything and I cannot wait until my next visit.

Kutsch dentistry is literally a life saver!! They are amazing! Very friendly and professional staff. Great doctors who really care. They have great equipment. They were able to put in an implant when Wilamette dental said it couldn’t be done. Their work is top notch. Everything doesn’t have to be done right away so we are able to do the top priority items first and work our way down the list as we pay off each item. I’m doing all our dental there now and I’m so happy with our decision. Highly recommend Kutsch!
