I always have great experiences with Dr. Carson Kutsch's office. Every staff member is invested in patient care and incredibly friendly. Most recently I had the pleasure of having Ashley work with Dr. Kutsch on my care and she was awesome. You always feel like you are getting the best care possible at this office. Dr. Kutsch goes above and beyond and calls his patients after their appointments to check on them and make sure they have no concerns.

I got extensive dental work done here and I’m super happy with the way my mouth feels and looks now. I went to two other dentists in Albany to consult on my teeth before finding Dr. Kutsch’s office. I didn’t feel comfortable at the other dentists so I left without booking any services. From my first appointment to the completion of all my dental work and a cleaning I felt super comfortable here. I never felt judged either which is an awesome experience at the dentist. They provided quality care with really high tech and modern equipment which I truly appreciated. This next part isn’t a negative at all, but the only feedback I have is that I wish they would get into billing medical health insurance for the dental care. I know it’s a different world medical vs dental with different codes, but it can make a difference to patients with medical conditions that effect their teeth. For the record though very, very few dentists will bill medical so there’s probably a reason. I love this dental office and all the staff. My teeth feel better than ever!

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to the staff are amazing they go above and beyond to make you feel at ease, if you are like me and get major anxiety about going to the dentist the staff here were very comforting. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was fantastic I was completely at ease. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Kutsch is very nice.

Dr. Kutsch and his team are always very friendly and inviting. They truly listen to your concerns and seek out the answers you need so that you feel comfortable with everything that is being done. The office is comfortable and very well put together so you feel like you are in a professional environment with the best technology and dental tools available to help assess and treat your dental needs. You're always offered a beverage when you arrive, chap stick before your procedure, and a warm towel at the end... it's the little thoughtful things that matter. I definitely recommend this dental team for anyone who's not receiving this level of care.

What a lovely first visit snd new patient appointment.I came here just weeks after seeing a different local dentist and WOW, this office is a real game changer in how think of dental care.
Everyone in the office so so welcoming and pleasant , but not in a fake way. Ashley listened to my explanation of dental office visit anxiety and borderline panic attacks and without much effort on her part, she naturally put me at ease.
Now let’s talk about state of the art technology…
Everything from my initial painless (and not a bit uncomfortable) scan of my teeth to the easiest X-ray I’ve ever experienced was impressive. No uncomfortable stool to sit on or machine hanging from the ceiling here, Ashley had a handheld X-ray device that comes to your comfy recliner chair in the homey feeling office that’s set apart exam chairs. The technology gets beyond impressive from there . I am not a tech person but it was cool to see my teeth on the large tv screen and the 3-d imaging was very eye opening to say the least.
After a very thorough look around my teeth Dr. Kutch arrived to greet me and explained he was looking at all things I needed done to reach my goal of getting my teeth as healthy as possible to keep them for as long as possible. I was presented with 3 options for my self payment situation. Though overwhelmed by all I’d neglected in my lack of dental hygiene habits over the years, I left with a full assessment of my dental health. I feel nothing was left out snd I was given financing options for my services and no pressure to do book anything before leaving the office.
Did I mention all of this was only $69- for the new patient promotion.
I could not be more happy with the service this office provides. Everyone should get the experience of this kind of dental office.

I had such a wonderful experience, even an adventure because of all the
new and innovative techniques used at Dr.Kutsch's office. Carson is such an
expert and it was plain to see in the way everything was done. I could
hardly tell he was in my mouth when he was checking my teeth. Also his
assistant Julian is so professional, but very warm and personable, as well
as knowledgeable. The girls in the front office along with Tracey were very
friendly, kind, and helpful. I actually had a fun time at the dentist! Thank you
