I called the office regarding a toothache the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Ugh. I know!
I was seen the next day at 9am. ( I was amazed that they were able to see me!) My care was above and beyond from reception to check-out. Every possible scenario was looked at regarding my issue, and all were explained in full. Because of a recent surgery, the dentist & I were both concerned with possible infection, and I was given explicit instructions on what to watch for, as well as his personal cell phone number if anything we talked about arose. Over a holiday. Now that is sincere care & concern about your patients. I've felt so well cared for every time I visit this office — from cleanings, to a same-day crown, to my night guard creation, and for regular fillings. The entire staff is exceptional.

I am so very thankful I found O'Bryan Advanced Dentistry! They have truly given me a reason to smile!! From first phone call to end of the procedure. I was squeezed in when I broke a tooth. I was waiting to be seen as a new patient. But for now, was being seen for a consultation of this one broken tooth. When this absolutely amazing Dr. saw the horror that I was living through, he offered the new patient appointment immediately. After fully explaining my x-rays and evaluation (to the depth that I have never had before) we both came to the same conclusion. I had a full top mouth extraction (almost the entire set of upper teeth minus a couple) with an immediate denture put in. From start to finish, NO PAIN, pure compassion and amazing experience (even under the circumstances). I can say this was a first! I did not feel the numbing happen in the most sensitive of areas. I was a wreck, my nerves would not let me relax and Dr. Gridley talked me through everything. He was able to get all this work done quicker than I would have imagined. And left me feeling great about myself even through what I had to get done. I feel great. Three days later and I am still in zero pain! Thank you to everyone that helped me get through the worst of it. Thank you Dr. Gridley for being you! You are absolutely amazing at what you do and your care, compassion, and dedication was fully felt!!

I had to change Dentist when I retired, and my new health Insurance was not excepting at the Dentist I have been going to for years. So, I got the list of Dentist my new insurance would take. I am confused not knowing any of them. But I am blessed and have a niece that works in the dental field. She highly recommended Dr O'Bryan. Was not disappointed, the staff was wonderful. they were gentle and thorough. I myself can HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Really amazing people in this office. Professional, kind, very good at communication and making you feel comfortable with any procedures needed. A complete, in-house, start-to-finish practice, including a permanent crown while you wait! Cost for out of pocket things is competitive and fair and the quality of care is wonderful. I’m never going anywhere else.

I was throughly impressed with Dr. O’Bryan’s knowledge when treating my case especially after seeing two different dentists & being told in short “deal with it”. He explained everything that was happening with lots of details & helped ease my mind from worrying. I look forward to finishing my treatment plan with him & any future appointments.

In addition to a fantastic dentist the receptionist was super understanding & awesome. It’s great to talk with a receptionist who knows what you are trying to explain & is eager to help you. The assistant was able to explain things in detail to Dr. O’Bryan so they could get the ball rolling & not waste time. Such a great experience!

Just a routine cleaning. Went okay, though I am tired of always being made to feel like I am not taking care of my teeth correctly. I brush and floss regularly and have never had a cavity in my 50 years of life. Had x-rays taken. I have a narrow mouth and that thing they make you bite down on hurts. Those things need to be redesigned so that they are more flexible. It would be nice to hear more of: "No cavities! Yay! Good job brushing and flossing!"

Hands down the best dentist office I've ever visited. Unfortunately, I'm no stranger to dental procedures - beginning just months after my adult teeth came in when I was a child. Through every filing, root canal, extraction, braces, and now implants - has probably made me one of the most experienced dental patients to walk this earth. I'll spare the horror stories and say the level of dignity shown to me by this staff of professionals - both during non-emergency and emergency dental needs is above and beyond the 20+ dentists I've visited over the last few decades. Moral of my story - 'parents' don't let your child suffer through agonizing pain and monetary burden for decades all because you're too busy to teach them proper bushing, but if that does happen, send them here because they will be in the care of the most professional, knowledgeable, and non-judgemental dentists and staff anyone could ask for.

O'Bryan Dentistry is a well organized, professionally managed office. The staff members in all categories are pleasant, efficient and helpful. Dr. O'Bryan's conservative approach is refreshing and appreciated. It's nice to go to a dentist's office and be met with smiles and honest consideration for care.

I had a regular cleaning and exam. The staff are all efficient and friendly. The dentist watches for potential cavities and other issues but doesn’t push to get expensive work done. I really like the way O’Bryan treats their patients!

My Husband and I were referred to a Dentist in the area who was very pleasant to work with but soon we both noticed that the dental work he had performed was terrible! He did try to repair some of the damage he had caused but the repairs were worse than the original work! He has since left the area and obviously is not able to honor his guaranteed work. We feel that it was the best thing that could have happened to us! We were referred to Dr O'Bryan at Advanced Dentistry by our previous dentist when he left and we were a little apprehensive about going to said Dental clinic. We are so excited to say that The office staff have been so kind and helpful, the accounting dept. has been very knowledgeable and patient working with our insurance and their timeline for coverage due to the fact that they only pay for certain procedures every several years. Unfortunately our previous work has not lasted that long!!! The hygienists have very thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable, Dr. O'Bryan has a great chair side manner, is very willing to discuss our options and has mapped out a plan to repair my teeth that will not only assure that I can save most of my teeth but actually improve my original smile! His assistant that I have had experiences with is always so professional, works very well with the Dr. and is very kind reassuring and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our very positive experiences at Dr O'Bryan and staff that we will recommend him to everyone we can. Thank you Advanced Dentistry!
