Great staff! Great dentist! Great office! I have recommended Harmony dental in the past and will continue to do so. Caring, attentive staff that listen. Highly recommend.

I have never had a problem with a dentist not making adjustments for charges based on what the insurance company claimed as reasonable and customary. The staff in the office was very nice, but the charges billed were the highest I have ever seen. I have great insurance and a standard cleaning should not, and never has cost me $330.

Make sure you get a pre-treatment guarantee of what you will be charged. My printed estimate of covered costs showed 100% estimated coverage, but I was billed an extra $122 after insurance payments... They are very assertive with collecting every last penny. Beware of the possibility of being charged very high dental fee's.

I never thought I'd do braces Again! But Dr. Yak did invisalign braces for my teeth and it was painless, easy, quick straightened my teeth, and was not unsightly! I'd encourage anyone on the fence to go for it!

Dr. Umberger was serving the Florence, OR community, that's when husband and I first met him. When he separated from his partner we decided the 3-hr round trip was worth the amazing service. My husband, since passed away, had super complex dental issues. Dr. Umberger consulted at length with all the upstream and downstream pros who would work on his implants and dental surgeries. I had a crown issue that was still from his old partner in Florence, and Dr. U decided to give me "warranty service" to honor his previous partnership. (Ever heard of that with a doctor????) -- I must have five crowns Dr. U installed. His office has some of the latest techno gizmos, that make the dentist's unpleasant work a breeze: he scans the surface of the old tooth the design the crown, which he then cooks in the magic crown-making machine in the back. Last Nov. I moved to California. During last week's visit I busted a 20-year old crown and the office rearranged their schedule to work on my achy tooth, create a crown and install it, all in one afternoon. In the downtime, while the thing "baked," one of the AMAZING hygienists cleaned my teeth. NEVER in all the years have I felt as if they "added on" or made us get any treatment at all that wasn't necessary. Never have I felt anything but treated like their most important patient. During our frequent visits we often ran into neighbors from Florence, who ALSO chose to make a long trip to visit this modern, peaceful and super-professional practice.

I am not related to anyone who works there; and since I no longer live in OR I have nothing to gain by writing this review. After my crowning experience the other day I decided to write a review. All the best, Dr. U!

They are fantastic. The office is very nice and modern looking. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I trust the work that they do and recommendations the recommendations they make.

My favorite part is they provided a warm neck pillow for your appointment.

I changed dentists because I thought I would pay less with their insurance. Big mistake the smaller mistake was they didn't really charge less. But the biggest mistake was leaving the wonderful people and personlized care I got at Harmony Dental.Outstanding dentist with an outstanding staff/

Dr. Umberger is the best dentist in the world! He has taken great care of me for 15 years. I highly recommend him.

I really like that they are so responsive. I had a crown come loose over the weekend and they were able to get me in and get it fixed before noon on Monday. This is true first class dental care.

Wonderful friendly people,
But I dont expect to spend near $2000 on a extensive cleaning and have another dentist a month later recommend that it be re-done and that it wasnt a very though cleaning....
