Best dental office/staff I've ever dealt with. They keep you comfortable and provide excellent service. I moved back to the East Coast and wish I could have brought them with me! I had recent oral surgery and the surgeon commented how expertly done my crowns were, and to keep that dentist around!

Best dental experiences I've ever had from any dentist in Eugene! Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and works as a great team. The front office staff helped me navigate some tricky insurance issues with ease. I was very comfortable during my appointments despite my fear of needles. Dr. Houston and his hygienists are fantastic I don't often write reviews but I have to say I highly recommend this dental office.

This is a great practice. Dr. Houston took time to listen to my concerns, do a thorough exam and let me know which restorations needed to be done first. The entire staff is caring, kind and very professional. I feel fortunate to have called for an appointment and greateful for the care I've received. Thank you Dr. Houston and the entire office.

Dr. Houston has a high attention to detail. He also has the latest high powered microscope. The higher magnification allows for minute abnormal variances in tooth structure (such as cavities or fractures) and surrounding tissue (such as periodontal disease) to be easily identified and often caught earlier. If your dentist doesn't have one of those machines, check out Dr. Houston. Staff was experienced and friendly. Crown cost was less than either of my previous 3 dentists.

I got an appointment in less than 7 days. The office is very modern and everything is brand new. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Houston repaired my chipped crown, and he did such a good job, you can't tell it was ever damaged. The price was less than I expected, and I got a discount for paying cash. I live an hour and a half away, but the drive was worth it. I highly recommend! March 2nd, 2020: called this morning, got an appt for this afternoon. I never thought I would be excited to go to the dentist. Dr. Houston ROCKS!

The staff and Dr. Houston we're all very patient and polite and helped me figure out a way to reduce my anxiety while getting work done. They seem to use updated techniques and tools too, which is great. I highly recommend this dentist.

I had an issue happen to a tooth on a Friday night and was concerned it wouldn't last through the weekend. I called the emergency number on Saturday morning and discussed it with Dr. Houston. He gladly met me at his office on Saturday morning and put on a temporary filling to get me through the weekend. Top rated customer service in my book. I will continue to see Dr. Houston and highly recommend him and his top notch staff to anyone looking for dental services.

From the People he has working upfront, to the hygienist he has working in the back. ALL FANTASTIC PEOPLE! He also has all of the latest and greatest technology. Not to mention, they are all very professional. Which, when it comes to dentistry can be hard to find. I honestly will never change dentist again and will guarantee you wont either.
