Dr. Nick Smith was on call when I developed an abscess. When speaking with him, he was kind, professional, and reassuring. His staff got me in first thing the next morning. Hannah, I believe was my hygienist, she was gentle attentive and very sweet. When I met with dr. Smith he took the time to hear my story and understand my anxiety and history with dental work. He immediately made me feel comfortable. He explained everything in great detail so I would be able to make the best judgement for my own care. Overall, from the door to the chair and back, I had a wonderful experience even under the circumstance of my situation. Thank you!

Dr. Andrew is amazing! I am typically very stressed when having dental work done. However, I have experienced nothing but comfort and pain free care from him and his wonderful staff. They are extremely professional and make you feel very welcomed. I have been to a lot of dentists and this is the best. Have you ever heard of a child that enjoys going to the dentist? I haven't known anything different - even after he has had shots in his gums, teeth pulled and now wears braces. My son is now 12 and still looks forward to his every-six-month visits. Dr. Smith calls my son by name and remembers that at his last visit he was looking forward to a basketball tournament. My son desires to impress his dentist with excellent oral hygiene because Dr. Smith is quick to tell him when his teeth are looking great.
Dr. Smith's hygienists remember my son as well and ask about a vacation we took in between our six month visits. They intentionally remember details, such as History is still his favorite subject in school.
When we go to the dentist, we expect that we're going to receive professional, expert treatment and encouragement to take good care of our teeth. We regularly receive what one would not normally expect - personal attention and an actual friendship with our dentist and his staff. Dr. Smith's office is quite a win for Klamath Falls!

This place… to start I accidentally showed up a week early, and they saw me anyway. They were super pleasant, and the doc was very likable and laid back too. Then I had an insurance issue that made super easy to deal with.

I had to have an older filling removed and replaced today. Dr. Smith and his team were efficient and personable! Their procedure is such an improvement over my childhood dentists! I did not experience any pain during the entire procedure. They give you a numbing cotton swab, then the lidocaine injection, then the filling, and you're on your way.
My children also enjoy the hygienists. They are excited to visit the dentist and have no fear whatsoever!
