I moved to Medford 22 years ago and was faced with the task of finding new doctors, place to live etc. etc. And, since I had extensive dental work done in past years, I was pretty choosey on selecting a dentist. Doctors are amazing! It is the front desk and billing staff that are the issue. Lies and attitude about trying to contact you are repeatedly talking over you. Zero customer service skills. I will never work with their office again!
