How this place don't have more reviews is surprising. For one there is no good reviews, so that should tell you something. Next I agree with everything the other person has to say about this place. Just horrible service all together. Plus they have refused to give me my records as well and then told me they would charge me just for my xrays. I spent nearly 2 hours in the chair while they poked x-rayed and put ice cold chemicals on my already hurt tooth that I told them prior was very sensitive to cold. Unprofessional, Zero compassion or bed side manner, and one of the biggest liars I have ever heard. After complaining to the BBB, and OHA about this place, they have done nothing but lie and try to turn things around to say that I was the problem. Not only where they claiming to be Accredited with the BBB on there website and had to remove it or be sued for false advertisement by the BBB, but the BBB decided in my favor regarding my service complaint, that this company was not doing anything to try to help resolve my issues about a bad experience I had in which I felt that I was being treated differently and discriminated on. I am engaged in a complaint to the USDOJ regarding this type of treatment. Please save yourself the pain and trouble if you know whats good for you, you will go someplace else.

This is a horrible place. I will never take my kids here again. There service is unprofessional and I feel sorry for a few gals that work in there because they are great dental assistance's. I tried getting my sons records from dental work that was done on him and they would not give them to me and said that they didn't have to give me copy's of anything besides the x-rays. I have spent a lot of money out of my pocket at that place and now regret even taking my children there!

The only good thing about this place is the friendly staff, i started coming here march of last year to get my teeth removed and get dentures each visit they only pull two to three teeth at a time and each one of my visit are a month to two months apart. I have asked several times for them to plz just get my teeth pulled and they are not helpful at all the resonds i get is if u are not happy there are other dentist out there. I would not recommend this place

Update: Becky just came into my dental room towering over me very aggressively and saying that I was wrong and didn’t know what I was saying. She said that it was another patient she was speaking about that was racist,not her. When I told her that it doesn’t matter and The fact that she was saying he bothered her and spoke the Mexican was highly inappropriate, her response was to lean over me about a foot away from my face and say “so. I’m sorry then” ya, you should be Becky. I just got up and left.

Becky, the office manager is a racist and very unprofessional. As I stood at the reception desk filling out my paperwork I overheard her and another dental hygienist saying “he really bothered me... speaking that Mexican...can’t even understand him.. we can just not see him in this office anymore”
WHAT?! Are you joking?! This is 2018! In a mainly Hispanic community. When I stood up to them about it they told me that I must have only heard part of the conversation. It doesn’t matter what part I heard, NONE of that should have been said ever, let alone in front of another patient. Way to go Becky! Way to go Smile Keepers, great staff!

The office staff is beyond rude! About every time I go in I’m scheduled with a different doctor! And I was transferred here from gentle dental so I could supposedly get seen faster and I’ve only been able to make appointments about 1.5-2 entire months in advance!

I am a current patient there and once everything I'm having done is complete I will never return there. Would have not chose this place If I knew then what I know now. Would not recommend them either....NO COMPASSION!!!!

The WORST dentist there is. My fiancé just had his tooth pulled. He’s in excruciating pain and they refuse to give him anything for it. I’ve called twice and he went in once. So now he’s sitting here in horrible pain because the doctor is heartless and doesn’t care. I will NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone.
