I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Steven Oldroyd's dental practice and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, Melissa and Sheryl made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The office was clean, the decor beautiful, and the technology they use is top-notch.
Dr. Oldroyd and Kayla, to whom he often deferred, were professional and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions.
I have always been a bit nervous about visiting the dentist, but Dr. Oldroyd and his team put me at ease and made the experience a pleasant one. Heidi was gentle and attentive in the cleaning, and I felt like she truly cared about my well-being.
