Dr. Loiselle and his staff were awesome! I was so nervous going in once again they all put my fears to rest, did an amazing job, zero pain (even tho I was braced for it the whole time). Best dentist ever.

I had been to four dentists before Dr. Loiselle that did not solve my problem. I was treated with patience and genuine care that I had not experienced before. Five stars are an understatement. I’m relieved from an infection that none other recognized.

Dr. Loiselle, Amanda & Barbie are doing what they were born to do! They are compassionate & understanding people. Other offices wouldnt even see a new patient during our pandemic (like, obviously, existing patients clearly dont have COVID, it's just the new ones). Amanda booked me straight away & Dr. Loiselle was full of options & we had a great conversation. Sorry guys - I will be your patient for life now :)

It was worth the long trip to drive to Dr. Loiselle in Newport, Oregon. I was referred to Dr. Loiselle by my physician in Salem, Oregon but I live in Prineville, Oregon. When my Physician suggested going to Newport for treatment for teeth that may have infection in them, I was very hesitant. I went to my local dentist in Prineville who confirmed via x-ray the suspicion of infection around one of the teeth and sent me on to an endodontist in Bend. She took a 3-d image which showed the infection around one tooth (14) and a much smaller amount around another (15). The Prineville dentist and the endodontist suggested root canals for both teeth and told me it was 85% successful as second root canals. My physician told me a second root canal was only 10% effective and I was really confused. I finally figured out that they were talking about talking two different things. The Prineville dentist and the endodontist were talking about saving the tooth and my physician was talking about getting rid of the infection. Because I had already lost the hearing in my left ear and my face has been numb since the hearing loss, I wasn’t sure I wanted to take a chance on keeping the infection. My Prineville dentist assured me that I should do what was right for my overall health and that I should go to the dentist with the most experience in treating infections. I chose Dr. Loiselle to do my extractions because of his practice of Natural Dentistry. Before I arrived Dr. Loiselle accepted and studied all the medical history information that I sent. He then had a phone conference with me to go over his treatment plan and answer my questions. It was clear to me that he had considered all of the information during that conference. When I arrived for my procedure the staff and Dr. Loiselle were very kind. Dr. Loiselle went over the 3-d image with my husband and I and explained what he would be doing during the procedure. As they got me ready for the procedure and throughout they were concerned about my comfort and explained things that were happening. In the evening after the procedure, Dr. Loiselle called to check how I was doing and again explained some things that I may expect. Dr. Loiselle and his staff were open to questions whenever they came up and were very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Loiselle and his staff.

I am a huge fan of Dr. Scott Loiselle and Stevie--his dental hygenist! The rest of the staff is really nice and professional as well. Dr. Loiselle made a set of caps for my front upper and lower teeth 5 years ago, and they are exactly what I wanted. Plus....they look as good today as they did 5 years ago!

The moment I walked in the office I was welcomed by the friendly receptionist who made me feel at ease. I didn't have to wait at all for the Dental Assistant to lead me to my chair. She was very sweet, explaining everything to me as it was happening. Then when Dr Loiselle came in I was pleasantly surprised how nice he was, taking his time with me. He didn't make me feel like he was in a hurry at all. As this was my initial exam he explained in detail the course of action I needed to take. The gal at the front office printed me a complete explaination with the prices listed. When I left I realized the whole experience had produced no anxiety at all. I will definately be going back.

This office provides the apex of patient care. This office is friendly as well as professional. It is truly painless dentistry. I actually look forward to my appointments.

It’s surprising to me, how comfortable I’ve become with Dr Loiselle & staff, after a decades of dental fears. Super people, extremely friendly & fun & they will do anything to ensure you’re comfortable! Thank you 🙏

Doctor Loiselle is the best dentist I have ever had. He listens, he is patient, and he does not over-charge for anything. His staff is wonderful and the office is extremely efficient. I can't recommend highly enough!

This is a wonderful office with a kind and very knowledgeable staff. I'm grateful we found them for us and our children. Previously my daughter has always dreaded the dentist but after one visit to Newport Dental her mind has been completely changed.
