The staff is top notch and the doctors all lead by example. Every one is cheerful, smart and sensitive to people's needs and fears in regards to coming to the dentist. I have nothing but great things to say about Burlingame Dental Arts. I have been a patient of Dr. De Graff's for about 2 years now, and have had a wonderful experience every time. The staff is very welcoming and always happy to see you. This past summer I had a dental emergency on the weekend and called Dr. De Graff. Without any hesitation, he met me at his office at my convenience. Talk about dedication and care for his patients. Again, most recently my permanent retainer popped off while at work. That same evening I was having my birthday celebration. I called Dr. De Graff and once again, he was there to the rescue! He fixed my retainer so I could rest easy at my party. Two thumbs up for Dr. De Graff and Burlingame Dental Arts!
