Burlingame Dental Arts impressed me so much. I must say sorry that I write this review so late.
I had a wisdom tooth pain in the last summer and it was just unbearable. Burlingame solved it very quickly.
They are friendly, lovely, most importantly, professional.
Thank you Burlingame Dental Arts, you are great!

Both Dr. DeGraf and Wilson have treated my family since 2010, and both provide excellent care. My hygienist has been Ashley for several years. I give her credit for my healthy gums, thanks to her thorough, yet gentle and comfortable cleaning. As an added bonus, a fascinating photo travelogue scrolls in the ceiling to keep the mind amused while the mouth is worked on. Dr. Wilson has a great eye for photography.

Ugh. Broke a veneer this weekend. I have dental coverage but Willamette Dental does not do veneer/cosmetic. So, I called this place for an emergency appointment I would gladly pay cash for. This was excruciating as the receptionist immediately launched into how it would be a two hour appointment to establish care and schedule a cleaning. I explained I didn't need a cleaning or to establish care, I needed emergency services for a painful tooth and chipped veneer. She rebutted by saying they need to take xrays. Well of course they do for an emergency repair; but, she was trying to up-sell me into getting a cleaning and spending additional time and money to establish care. After I called her on the upsell tactics, she promptly told me they could not take me as they were "very busy" for the holidays. Ha. November 11th? Is she talking about being "very busy" for veteran's day? I doubt with their upsell tactics they are offering free dental services to veteran's; but, OK. Anyway, even after the declining reviews, I tried to go to a local dentist with my business. I ended up explaining the same circumstances to Dr. Peterson in Lake O, and I got an appointment today at 10:30 for the emergency services needed. .

Dr. De Graff and the staff at Burlingame Dental Arts were ahhhh-mazing! I'm so happy to have found a professional yet very personable doctor. I highly recommend them!

I’ve recently moved back to Oregon and sought to find a new dental practice for my personal dental needs. I received high remarks from friends and neighbors regarding Burlingame Dental practice and Dr. DrGraf.

I had my first comprehensive introductory appointment this week (I had already met Dr. DeGraf - so engaging and nice)) and was so impressed that I must share you.

The exam was more like a dual medical and dental exam. The practitioners talked to me about not only my teeth, but diet, medications’ impacts, and my skin particularly my lips and facial skin surrounding my mouth. I was impressed!

I moved onto my teeth cleaning and again was greeted by a dental hygienist who spent time going over results from my mouth exrays and educating me on findings, their causes, and corrective measures I could take to hold off further damage. Diana, my dental hygienist, educated me on tooth formation, development and what impacts the health of teeth. I knew some of what Diane was telling me; however, I learned so much more that day. And, the cleaning itself was marvelous!

The reason I want to share this experience is that I left that full appointment feeling more knowledgeable about dental health and hygiene.

I have always been good about yearly cleanings and appropriate dental work. This appointment, however, from the staff at Burlingame Dental was exceptional at all levels. A+

They always manage to make a visit to the dentist seem enjoyable and pleasant, with friendly smiles all around. We love taking our family here for dental care.

Dr. Ben DeGraff is THE BEST! He capped one of my teeth and did the prep and cap in 2 hours. No pain from start to finish. His technology and expertise is wonderful. I didn't have to get a temporary first then come back. He made a scary experience (I had never needed one before) easy like a walk in the park.

Dr. DeGraff and his staff couldn't be nicer and the service is exceptional! If I could go for cleanings more often, I would. I just had my first cavity taken care of and the procedure was a breeze. They even cleaned my willful 3 year old's teeth without any issue.

So glad to have a great dentist in the neighborhood - fantastic office, excellent super-friendly staff - who new going to the dentist could be...fun? Also a big hit with my 6 year old daughter - highly recommend these guys!

What's not to like? Completely professional location, clean and inviting. Friendly competent staff. Ridiculously handsome and charming dentist gifted w/ the brain of a scientist and uses state of the art technology to make your smile like the headlight of a train coming out of a stinky mouth tunnel. A+
