This was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Reatha was amazing! She really took her time and had a gentle touch which made a world of difference. I can’t imagine going to anyone else after my experience. Everyone at the office was so nice and you really feel cared for. Highly recommend!

This is the best dental team I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. From the front desk to the assistants to the doctors - they're all amazing! They have that "small office" feel that I was missing. They listen to my concerns, explain things well, and really just take awesome care of me. Would recommend to anyone!

This staff was pleasant but their excessive pricing and sales model has to be exposed.

I received a second opinion and third opinion for my diagnosis after being treated by Hollywood Family Dentistry. The cost to me would have exceeded a few thousand out of pocket (even with the excellent insurance and supplemental insurance I carry).

Long story short, the sales strategy was more important than actual solutions of treatment. The two other dental offices proved that I do not have a disease of the mouth nor any major dental needs beyond basic cleaning.

Hollywood Family Dentistry used "scare tactics" to embellish routine findings most healthy non-smoking adult mouths experience over time. I was swindled into purchasing needless stuff after taking time with the office over the two visits to Hollywood Family Dentistry to verify that there was an actual issue with my teeth.

The dentist that serviced me seemed professional enough and capable but has since been a complete disappointment. I rarely write negative reviews. The objective moving forward in addition to getting a refund for services and solutions from Hollywood Family Dentistry will be to ensure staff undergoes continued peer reviews and coaching from outside professionals in the dental industry.

My few experiences here were absolutely not worth the price. Bottom line, I am disappointed with the concurrent results from other industry professionals who have proven beyond a reasonable doubt this office lied to me about the actual severity of my dental health. Hollywood Family Dentistry fabricated the true analysis of my dental findings. I will be filing a formal complaint to the owner and the review board for the industry.

Excellent cleanings, gentle touch from dentist. Michelle's cleanings are excellent, and she's always looking for anomalies. Dr Kim's work is gentle, and (important for me) he doesn't "hang" from my jaw. That is usually a source of more discomfort than the actual dental procedure! Brenda at the front desk is the warm, friendly face of the office. And they have a GREAT selection of tooth-care products. I JUST bought my first-ever electric toothbrush there (motivated by damage I was sustaining to my teeth from my manual zeal). They carry a Sonicare model that is extremely competitively priced. (I checked when I got home to confirm and I got a better deal here than I can online.) It is the groovy purple color, and NOW I'm sorry I waited so long. Brenda helped guide me through that, and Dr. Kim gave me insights and advice on other tooth care items.

Reatha was fantastic, the most courteous, professional and informative dental hygienist I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The dentist and office staff were also great.

I got laid off at work suddenly and was losing my dental insurance within days. The amazing people at HFD got me an exam/cleaning within 24 hours. When they found some teeth that needed work they moved things around again and did it that same day! Throughout it all they were unflinchingly kind and, to a person, everyone in the office used the preferred name on my intake form. The level of care, attention, and problem solving was above and beyond!

I am always a little nervous when a new dentist takes over, but my experience with both hygienist and the dentists I've seen was fantastic.

My newly installed crown was handled perfectly and I now have my permanent in less than a week

I will start off by saying that the dentist is one of my biggest fears. I called in when my broken tooth started causing excruciating pain. They got me in within 2 hours of calling and had the tooth extracted. With that type of service, I had no choice, but to make them my primary dentist. I have been working with Dr. Kim. The staff has been super friendly and always super honest. They have clearly laid out a plan for some work that I required. They have not only been super nice, but they have eased my fears. I would recommend them to anyone!

My expierence was like none I've ever had. The staff was exceptional . I initially chose Hollywood Family Dentistry because their website was easy to navigate, well designed and communicated that they are a modern office with enough staff to meet the needs of many. I reached out by email at night.A response was sent the next morning and I was given an appointment that day. As a new patient, the staff was patient when working with me and my insurance. That kindness extended to the moment I walked in the door. The staff we're prompt, addressed my concerns, and Dr. Kim recognized a pretty bad cavity I formed. He explained his entire process, walked me through what the X-rays were showing, and explained all my options. All of this with a beautiful view of NE 40TH during sunset. The staff gave me time to choose my best option, I decided on a tooth removal (my first ). It's the least painful procedure I've had done at a dentist office. Dr. Kim and the staff do a great job of continuing conversation and explaining the process so you don't even focus on the tooth being pulled from your face. If you want a dentist office that will truly listen and put your best interest first, I recommend you contact Holywood Family Dentistry.

These guys have been fantastic!! So accomodating and flexible as I had to change appointments numerous times. Very kind staff and professional service, highly recommend!! Went here initially for a great "New Pt" $99/deal and it worked as my whole family will call this their new dentist.
