Everyone here is fantastic! Dr. Gretchen is very gentle and caring and the front desk staff are so helpful and nice. And maybe I'm easily impressed, but they have basically a 3D printer that makes same-day crowns that look/fit exactly like your very own original tooth.

I had a very important molar that had chipped and was starting to cause some discomfort. They got me an appointment within days at a time that worked with my schedule. The tooth needed a crown, and they were able to create and place one THAT SAME DAY! The staff was so friendly, skillful and communicative. The state-of-the-art equipment was fantastic. Even though it was a good chunk of change, even with insurance, it was totally worth it to save my tooth and, most important, my ability to chew! The office and staff were outstanding. I highly recommend Grant Park Dentistry.

I am so thankful for the Grant Park Dentistry team! Professional with a welcoming family feel. Jay and Kristy are incredible with patient care and I have never left feeling anything but satisfied. I am impressed by the new additions to the team as well. Thank you for all that you do!

My dentist is Dr. Michael Khairalla and he is the best. I had a major work done, 4 crowns at one time, and he was gentle, accommodating, and did a really great job on my crowns. I'll definitely be going back to him in the future.

First visit with them went super smooth. Everyone was extremely kind, calm and the doctor did a great job explaining what work I needed to do. I was hungover AF, so the calm and light energy was great!

Nice reception staff, had a good exam from Dr. Khairallah, and a deep cleaning from Irina Archer. I appreciated the digital photography versus having to wear a lead vest. The visit took my full insurance benefit for the year, plus an out-of-pocket cost for antibacterial rinses. PS: For just a few hours after each laser cleaning I had a little extra sensitivity in 2-3 teeth and no gum pain at all! I think everyone did a very good job.

Dental appointments have always been dreadful for me, but working with Dr. K and Jessica was awesome!
They were both very kind and informative when it came to my wellness, and I look forward to working with them more in the future!

The receptionist was extremely friendly and attentive in greeting me and speaking to me about cost. The dental assistant who took my x-rays was also very personable, kind and attentive. Dr. K made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained my dental health to me. He took the time to book my appointment, and to provide an excellent cleaning although staffing was short. He even shared a short and entertaining story with me during my visit which made me feel additionally comfortable. His bedside manor was caring and he ensured I was comfortable during my deep cleaning. As my first experience with Grant Park, I can say with confidence that my appointment exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all of the staff who showed genuine care, kindness and attention to me.

Avoid Grant Park Dentistry. They completely overlooked a serious cross bite, leading to my son getting braces two years later than he should have (high school instead of middle school.) For two years I had been asking if he should see an orthodontist and was told no. Finally they said "you could talk to one but it would just be for aesthetics." We went to see a a very reputable and respected orthodontist and were stunned when we were told "he absolutely needs braces and it isn't aesthetic at all -- it is completely functional. He has a big cross bite that needs to be fixed immediately." A second opinion said the same thing and said that it probably should have been recognized a couple of years ago. "Is this dentist right out of school?" is what the ortho said. When I questioned the dentist at Grant Park they didn't take any ownership for the problem and just placated me with "oh it is too bad. I understand it will be difficult." While they may be nice their skills are appalling. How someone could look in a person's mouth for two years and not notice an issue like this is absolutely beyond me. Avoid at all costs.

Michael Khairallah, Dentist, Sept 2021 rebuilt my cracked tooth. $1500 out of pocket for me including the Smile discount plan. Today, June 2022 the cap came off when flossing. Whether it is the dentist, or the policy of Grant Park Dentistry, I find waiting 4.5 days to be scheduled in unacceptable. The hygienist was too harsh using a laser for cleaning leaving my gums ALL AROUND my entire mouth sensitive to cold for months! Glad some of it healed. Had to move on. Thought the new machinery and plenty or practitioners might win out. It did not.
