King Smile Dentistry

I previously made a one star review as Matt Baker that I regret. I was not checking my messages and did receive notice of the canceled appointment. I have been trying to erase the review but no longer have access to that account. The experience I did have in the appointment before was absolutely spectacular and made me feel well taken care of. In fact I am going to contact them again and hope they do not take to much offense to my bad review because in all honesty they are the only dentist group I feel I can trust to give me truthful information.

Used to be ok until today I end up with a new hired dental hygienist. She's not well train & poorly experienced. failed to take X-ray, redo many time. Caused damaged to my internal mouth & gum with full of blood because of gridding tool and hand techniques not gentle enough. She also dropped sharpie tool to my lip. Should I consider to come back? I guess this is my most horrible experience with dental service.

I have experienced the best care at this oddly located office. The staff is great the dentists are really nice and very gentle. I have had a root canal and an extraction and for the first time in 60 years I was able to relax in the chair.
I highly recommend them and I would take my grandkids there. 🦷🦷🦷👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🦷🦷🦷

I had a very positive experience at King Smile today, for my first visit. (My husband also had a very positive experience here.) The dentist (I believe her name is Dr. Lee), hygienist, and office staff were all so kind and helpful. When I told the dentist that I was feeling nervous about some dental issues raised by a previous dentist (who told me I needed a lot of work, in a very alarmist sort of way, but didn't explain any of it to me), Dr. Lee listened closely and answered all of my questions in a very calm, professional, and caring way. Both the doctor and hygienist regularly checked in with my comfort level, and demonstrated a strong awareness of trauma-informed care. I am so glad I went here and will definitely be going back!

My daughter and I had a great experience here. Everyone was very nice and I was not judged or talked down to even though I hadn't been to a dentist in about a decade. They talked me through the process and let me know what they were doing every step of the way. My daughter is 9 and sometimes has anxiety at the dentist but she had a great visit. Thank you to the wonderful staff for taking such good care of us!

I absolutely love my experience every single time I come here! I have even went as far and switching all my children's insurances so they can come here too. My husband came to support me while I got a tooth extraction (which was painless and fast I couldn't believe it!) And he was so satisfied with my experience now he wants to switch his insurance. The front reception is amazing and so kind, they always call ahead of time and remind me of my appointments, they have a cool box of toys and books they offer the kids when they come too! I literally feel at home here and couldn't ask for more, every staff from reception to dentists, to their assistants are so kind, patient and gentle. Happy, happy customer!

Not trauma informed! I have been sent home twice because the dr claims he’s not comfortable doing the procedure on someone with my level of anxiety. Seriously? I was given nitrous and managed to relax (albeit still a little nervous but come on it’s the dentist!). He even gave me the Novocain (without warning) which is the part I’m most anxious about, then began to drill. I was COMPLETELY FINE by that time but he pulled the plug and said I need to go somewhere where I can be prescribed an oral sedative prior to my appointment. I just had a root canal (Novocain only) at another specialist because he sent me home that time too, and they didn’t seem to have any issues?? He was rude and callous. He told me I needed therapy and that I should just “relax”. No one in the office was familiar with trauma-informed care. There were a lot of excuses and I didn’t feel like they empathized with my feelings at all. This whole situation increased my dental anxiety 10 fold because now I worry about getting sent home all the time. I feel like he just wanted to teach me a lesson or something. I’m 39 years old (my son chose the profile pic 😂) and I’ve had many fillings. I’ve had dental anxiety my whole life but NEVER, have I been sent home because I was too anxious! Ridiculous! More than anything it’s about how I was treated. With no understanding. He just didn’t want to deal with me. Now I am still stuck with a numb mouth and this temporary filling that I hope doesn’t fall out before I can see a REAL dentist. Usually the gals are very friendly and the female dentist has always been nice but they definitely don’t know how to handle people with anxiety.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the front deck service today. The lady at the front is so rude and lack of professionalism. She told me that she called me twice yesterday and she said my voice mail wasn’t set up yet, this is not true at all. My voice mail box was set up for more ten years from now on. She even told me that the referral won’t communicate with the customer. I feel so sorry about their referral dentistry and clinic. When I called the dentistry back after the visit to voice a complaint, she told me she is the manager there… Good luck to such a poor front deck customer service dentistry.

Fast service, my 6-month cleaning was great! Everyone was nice and kind! The bags they give you at the end are awesome as well! Happy to call this place my new dentist! 😁

I was in extreme pain and at my wits end trying to get into a dentist when I was directed to King Smile. The secretary was able to get me an appointment weeks sooner than anywhere else. I was terrified to have them look in my mouth because my teeth were so bad. But when I went to my appointment they were understanding and didn't a guilt trip me. They gave me what I needed to be able to have work done. I've been there five times in two months and had six teeth pulled including my wisdom teeth and got fillings in my front teeth. My teeth have never looked so good in my life and my fear of going to the dentist is gone. Dr. Hart is exceptional at extractions and fillings,he is very conscientious and makes sure you have the right amount of numbing agent. The place it self is clean and not some whole in the wall office. If you need to get your teeth worked on and you have acceptable insurance I highly recommend seeing Dr. Hart and the King Smile staff.
