King Smile Dentistry

Im shocked at the mixed reviews! Myself and my two boys go here and they are amazing! They fixed my front tooth when another dentist left me discolored! They have also filled multiple cavities and even fixed a cavity that multiple dentist messed up! I have seen different dentists and each was awsome!They are always professional and speedy. Im greatfull for the dentists,there assists, there hygienists and wonderful receptionists! Thank you

I had the most awesome visit at King smile on Monday! I've had Dental issues since second grade. I know the dentist is necessary, but for me it's usually when I am in total Dental distress. I have to admit however that's at the end of the visit it's never as bad as what I had anticipated. Cuz I anticipate an actual Bloodbath! Because they are just blocks from where I live I have been going to King smile for many years 4 maintenance. Weather couple years ago there was a horrible horrible female dentist in there that hurt me bad. I was trying to push her hands away because I needed to regroup after she did something in there that brought me out of my chair and she just kept on with the procedure! Now that has been the only time at King Dental that I had a bad experience. So needless to say it's been a few years since I've been back. Now into my sixties my teeth have suffered from past dumb lifestyle choices, neglect & fear! However, on Monday I left there knowing that it was going to be a tough road 2 get to the top of the hill, but I'm going to get there and they're going to help me. I felt confident that they had my best interest and smile at heart! The dental hygienist was absolutely awesome! So as I enter into another stage in my life, perhaps the last stage we never know I'm going to be doing it with a bright white # King Smile! I mean after all how am I going to take the World by its tail and stand it on its head if I can't even smile. Let's change that to WONT even smile... next appointment? Tuesday! Had a routine filling done that left me in pain for weeks. They had me come back in and he drilled it out and refilled it again. It left me in pain for about 6 months. I opted not to go back in a third time as I felt somewhat traumatized by the experience. Almost exactly one year later, the filling fell out while flossing. Had a new dentist place the third filling in and have had zero problems since. For the love of all things holy, do not trust them with your teeth.

Im absolutely disgusted and furious.
I just brought my special needs child here for a check up and cleaning our first time to this office.
I have never had anyone treat my son so horrible they were rude impatient insensitive.
They raised there voice at him to be quite because he was quitely crying because he was scared and anxious multiple times said rude comments to him.
When he was doing great just scared and crying very quitely i stopped the appointment i was so mad they were so unprofessional heartless also they claim to have experience with specail needs children if you have a child with specail needs dont go there. Im reporting them.

So I cant really say anything about the service because I never got that far. I booked an appt and gave my insurance information a couple weeks prior to my visit. I arrive 15 min early because there is always paperwork. When I check in at the desk the lady informs me that I dont have insurance. I respectfully disagree and show her my insurance card. She then tells me they don't take my insurance. So I tell her "hey no problem but for future reference it would be nice to get a phone call letting me know this before I drive all the way down here for nothing." She responds by telling me that they had left me a voicemail explaining the situation. I know for a fact that I have never set up my voicemail so that was a bold faced lie. Now I have no problem with them not taking my insurance. Just let me know. Just communicate that. If this is the level of professionalism they conducted I would not recommend them to anybody.

I just went to this place for the very first time. I had a very pleasant experience. At the last place I went to my jaw hurts from that black rubber thingy they always put into my mouth, because my mouth isnt that big. At kings smile dentistry, they didn't even use that rubber thingy at all. They cleaned up my teeth very well without the use of that rubber piece. The front desk ladies were super nice. I really felt like they care about each individuals equally. I will recomend for sure, also would come back for the rest of my life until it closes!

Everyone is so nice and all my procedures have been quick but efficient and done very well DR.Hart is very good him and his assistant make you feel really comfortable while there working. I always disliked the dentist until I came here, they changed the way I feel about the dentist very good place I recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to go.come check it out😀

They were so sweet, gentle and they LISTEN to you! This was my first time here and they feel like family. Got my wisdom teeth out and it only took an hour! They numbed me and gave me time to actually be numb! No joke cried tears of joy when we were done!!

I had the worse exspiriance of my life there the dentist DR, HART ruined my back teeth did a half ass ruite canal left half the roots in there filled it up with cement like substance that fell out days later , refused to numb me properly used BLEACH in my mouth after working on a INFECTED TOOTH FILLED MY TOOTH WITH A BLEACH SOAKED COTTON , PUT A HALF ASS SEAL ON THE TOP OF MY BACK MOLAR AND SENT ME ON MY WAY, REFUSED TO GIVE ME PAPER WORK FROM MY VISIT THAT DAY!!! then had the nerve to tell me that I was numb and over reacting plus I'm 5months pregnant and they legally can't work on a tooth if it's infected ! Then percribed me 10 pain pills after arguing with there rude snoddy assistant for ten minutes by far the worse medical exspiriance of my life !! DO NOT GO THERE THEY RUSH AND CARE LESS ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF THIER PATIANTS they treat you with the up most disrespect I'm so discussed with there service the lady's at the front desk were the only ones who were kind !!! I plan on reporting and filing a law suit !!!!
