I would highly recommend Sundberg Dental to any of my friends or family. They are great, friendly and very good at what they do! This has been the best dental experience of my life. No more anxiety for me when going to the dentist. I'll never go anywhere else.

I seriously love coming here. The staff is super friendly from the moment I walk in the door. Last time I went in, they gave me a DIY Cookies in a Jar mix. The dentist assistants are very thorough, my teeth have never looked so white or felt so clean after a dentist visit. They really do care about their patients, but even more so, their patient's teeth. They loved my teeth and raved about how well I've been keeping up with my oral care. No cavities my entire life and going strong with the preventative resin sealants Dr. Viseh applied. My teeth feel invincible. If you're new to the area or looking for a change of dentist, I highly recommend this dentistry.

Dr. Seo is great. He replaced a bad filling in a timely and painfree manner. I will defintely go back. His dental hygenist, Jeri, is the best I have ever encountered. I was not blessed with great teeth and Jeri has done an incredible job of keeping my teeth healthy.

Good for you if you're checking online reviews to help guide your choice-- I wish I'd done the same prior to finding this office.

I came to Sundberg in need of an emergency service, and was recommended by a friend. The office was able to get me in for a quick fix on short notice, which I was extremely appreciative of. The fix, however, didn't last through the weekend, and I got to know this office quite well over the next few months with frequent follow up visits.

Generally, I seek an in-and-out style dentist who isn't set to sell me on additional products, services, and discussion while their hands are in my mouth. I was less than comfortable with the chairside demeanor of the Dr. and staff, and in reading other posts here, wish I'd met this magical Lizzy to help make me feel more comfortable during my visits.

I get the feeling that Dr. Sundberg is quite capable and confident in her knowledge of the field of dentistry. She is more than happy to share additional information about process and prodedures if you ask. However, I did not enjoy her discussion about carving intricate symbols and initials in other clients' crowns to help bond them into your mouth. Although harmless, I didn't think it was timely conversation to talk about 'inside dentistry jokes' as I was undergoing a crown procedure myself.

Speaking of crowns, I don't claim to understand the process of coloring them myself. I'm sure it's a difficult process. But I did also have to make repeat visits both to the dentists' office as well as her crown-manufacturer's office in Beaverton just to obtain the proper color, which was annoying to schedule during the work day.

A few good things to point out: I did appreciate insurance estimates prior to procedures. The location of the office was conveniently close to my own, so I was able to go during work hours. The office seems to be using up-to-date dental technology. The doctor once gave me free mouthwash.

The Cons that have led to my leaving this office: Staff demeanor can be patronizing. A second emergency need (same issue that wasn't fixed yet) that couldn't be met when needed. Months of visits for minor adjustments. Staff was even more patronizing. Received a bill for appointment I have no recollection of scheduling-- was told I'd received text messages before the appointment I should have responded to.

All in all, the pros of this office are things I would expect of most dental offices. The cons were ridiculous enough for me to seek out another conveniently located office that is on my plan and uses up-to-date technology. Turns out, the search didn't take me long.

I recommend you search elsewhere.

I am new to the area and one day I was walking around and ran into this little office. I thought I need a local dentist and it is in the perfect area. So I proceeded in and they pushed me to get an appointment really fast. I thought ok. Then I had my first cleaning. They hygienist was awesome. The best. The Dentist Dr. Viseh is very nice at first. But then she starts asking lots of questions while working on you. She goes over your missed appointments and how much it will cost you. Yeah, $50.00 for a missed appointment. Ugh its horrible. Its like she is bothering you about something while your getting a cavity taken care of. How un professional. Then they insisted I make 2 more appointments to come back to finish up. I told them I did not want to however, she profusely insisted I do. So when I had to miss both those appointments because of work and one was because my grandmother fell and I had to go to the hospital. I was charged another $50.00 X 2 !!!!!!!!! Fees, that should not be charged. This place is very desperate for money. They get you in and once your in its like hell. Please don't go here its bad business and To be honest Portland does not need this kind of business in its community. Who has an extra $50.00 to spend on a missed appointment, that clearly sometimes happens. Any other dentist that I have been to, they never have charged for this. They are honest working people. This place is not. I give it one start only for the hygienist. Get this place out of Portland.

While visiting from the East Coast, my 8 y/o son needed to have an emergency splint repair performed. I called PDX CfD right before 5 on a Thursday, and they set me up with an appointment for the following day. From scheduling to check-out, the experience surpassed all of my expectations. Thanks again for all of your help!

Best dentist ever. The whole office is friendly, accommodating, and understanding of extenuating circumstances. Lovely staff, great work. Can’t speak more highly about this office. I recommend everyone to this place!

Skilled, friendly, and professional. They are easy to schedule with, and centrally located in the Portland area. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good dentist.

The best dentist office in the land because the staff is extraordinary!
