When the receptionists ALL welcome you with a cheery greeting and the warmth of the fire draws you in, and sweet music and laughter from the operatories floats into the waiting room, and the patients exiting tend to linger for a visit with the reception staff, you know you have found the perfect dentist and staff...like family inviting you into their home!
