I am very disappointed at this place. They have the most rude people I have come across.
We have been coming here with my family for years and since covid it has been hard to get appointments. They have been canceling without even letting us know they cancel, they are always changing our appointment times.
I took my 5 year old who they have been cleaning her teeth since 2 years of age. They did a bad job at her teeth and when I went back for them to fix their bad job, the hygienist was sooo rude, loud mouth, and suggested me to go someplace else if I was not happy with her job. She bragged about she her 15 years of experience. Obviously the older at her job the worst she gets. When she was done with her job, she told my daughter and I in a sarcastic hypocrite sound, "have a good day".
The ladies before the ones now were great! always friendly from desk to back. I have been having really bad experiences at this place since April last year. HOPEFULLY they get their stuff together and work on customer service. I would NOT recommend this place. hopefully they get to read this and work at their nasty attitude towards costumers and work at their skills of 15 years :-)

Been in for 2 visits and both were delightful. Friendly staff, Gentle hygienist, and Dr. Stephenson was great. I find it relieving to have such a receptive dentist that listened to me and addressed every concern or request.

Trish McCoin was my dental hygenist. Trish as well as the office staff and the dentist, Dr. Stephenson, were all very professional. Procedures were explained well and the cleaning was done efficiently with minimal discomfort. I was treated very well, as if I were the only patient there. I left the office after my cleaning with a completed 'treatment case', which outlined what Dr. Stephenson and Trish felt are my future procedures and processes to ensure good dental health on into the future. They are my new dental office and I am very pleased. Thank you. JH

I broke off a portion of a large tooth that Dr Stephenson had previously expressed concern with. It wasn’t painful but very sharp on the tongue. I called the office and, after verifying that I had no tooth pain, they got me an appointment within 24 hours. At the office Dr Stephenson determined I needed a crown, so he numbed me up really well, took out the large old filling and prepared the tooth for the crown. He and his assistant made sure that I was comfortable throughout and that I didn’t swallow any of the tooth and old filling debris. I have TMD from jaw surgery years ago, and Dr Stephenson made sure to give me breaks to rest my jaw. They expertly fitted a temporary crown. I’m very glad that my wife and I found this dental practice.

Chad has been my dentist for a few years and is great . Always very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I've had a troublesome crown and he has been great about getting me in and making the needed adjustments on it . He genuinely cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable and pain free .

The best dental office by far my husband and I have ever been to! Their staff are super friendly and are always checking to see how you're doing. Family/friendly environment. Deanna is the perfect face to see when you walk through the door - so sweet. They all know you by name from your first visit! Highly recommend this clinic! :)

I appreciated the warm welcome from the front desk. Chad was very thorough in his review and analysis of my situation. He spent sufficient time to understand what I am looking for and offered realistic and cost-effective recommendations. Based on this consult I have decided to go with a bridge rather than an implant and to shift to Rockpoint Dental from my current dental provider.
