If I could give a hundred stars I would!! My first visit was today, referred by a friend. I have a broken molar, I called and they got me in next day! I got there early and barely got to sit before they called me back, amazingly friendly from the front door to the dental chair. Needed a specialist and they got me referred, and I got an appointment in less than a week thanks to Dr. Rooker calling ahead for me. I have been terrible all my adult life keeping up on my annual exam, typically go a few years but the way I was treated like a VIP from start to finish was amazing and I will never miss my annual check up again!!

Rooker Family Dentistry is terrific. I highly recommend Dr. Rooker and his staff! I love the convenience of same-day crowns. They also are great with my kids. They have never canceled on me or rescheduled my appointment last minute, which is why I left my last dentist.

First visit today. This was a wonderful experience. The hygienist was friendly and efficient and Dr. Rooker was cordial and competent. I especially liked the massage chair!

I was impressed with Dr. Rooker after my first visit. He took time to explain the whole process and seemed to pay attention to the details. He and his staff made sure that I was comfortable during the process.

I had a great experience with Dr. Rooker and his staff. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a dentist office! Dr. Rooker is so friendly and positive. He will do everything possible to make sure you are comfortable both physically and with your treatment plan. Stephanie did my cleaning and she was Amazing! She was very gentle, i would take my child to her. Seriously. I would definitely recommend them!

Disappointed with the front desk. Loved the Dentist. At my first call I was a bit surprised reception would not confirm my insurance covered the visit but let it slide since I had done my homework. 2 years later they recommended 2 crowns and we decided to do 1 a year. I was told my cost would be $500 and we did the work. Turns out insurance didn't cover the remaining $700 and they sent me a bill. In response to a courteous letter to the Dentist bringing this matter to his attention and hoping for some solution, I was called by front desk staff who let me know they had never called the insurance. I shared that it's essential for me to know the folks that provide my service provide me accurate info but she refused to do anything about the bill or bring it to the Dentist's attention. She then cancelled my next cleaning and when I arrived, was rude and short. I asked to visit with the Dentist and was ignored. Loved Dr. Rooker but now have to switch dentists because his front desk is hiding this issue from him and won't make an appointment. Very sad as I'd love to talk directly to Dr. Rooker to resolve this.

Absolutely would recommend Rooker Family Dental. Amazing Dr and staff is outstanding. Kind, accommodating and just awesome people. Love love love the dentist. So caring, explains everything and just a really professional Dr. 100% would highly recommend this awesome office. P.S also had a dead battery and Dr Rooker helped me with my car! Love them all

After TOO many years of putting off getting a new dentist (former one took retirement Kudos for him, and being without job / insurance SUCKS) Expensive of dental work always weighed heavily on getting back into a routine. Hardest part was making the initial call, read the reviews and with such positive posts knew this was the one. Everything and everyone were spot on with the reviews! Several appointments yet ahead, looking forward to those spoken about relaxing chairs, Country music didnt hurt, perhaps I just hit the time zone of.So if you are on the fence - knowing you are denying yourself good/ better health now and for future, look NO further you've reached an Ally ready to assist/ listen/ advise. I have always had a major fear of needles and of any dental work. That all changed when I started going to Rooker Family Dentistry. The whole staff is amazing! I don’t know how they do it but I can barely feel any injections they give me, the work is always painless, and the results are always great. I can’t say enough good stuff about this practice and everyone there.

I call to change an appointment for the next month and this unprofessional person left a massage saying they didn’t have any appointments until November, and that she went ahead and cancel my appointments that I already had, which I have been waiting for a very long time. I call back and asked her why she went ahead and cancel without asking if I would like to keep my appointments since there is a long wait, she didn’t even apologize and hang up on me. I called back and someone else answer and I asked to talked to the manager and they said, you just talked to her.
I guess the manager hang up on me and cancel my appointments without asking 🙄.
I would not recommend such a place, if they can’t treat people with respect imagine what mess they would do to your teeth 🫢🫢 and if you call to complain, they would just hang up on you 😂.
