Rooker Family Dentistry

I'm deathly afraid of the dentist. I'm facing getting 2 teeth pulled which is my ultimate fear....as I've never had a tooth pulled and I have life experience that makes this very difficult for me. Dr. Rooker really put me at easy as being comfortable and trusting him i felt almost immediately. He genuinely cared about my fears and what he could do to ease them. He truly cared about all I shared and was so kind. I'm still not thrilled about having teeth pulled but the trust he built on my first visit with both myself and my husband made me feel that I can do this. He's all about the patient and what their individual needs might be. Best dentist I've ever consulted with and I look forward to having him as my dentist for a long time. Because of his kindness and caring I just might stop avoiding the dentist. I wish there were more dentists out there like him. That truly care. His staff is second to none.

The office staff is so nice and accommodating. Dr. Rooker is very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He fixed a long term pain issue with simply filing my tooth when others mentioned “root canal” and “replace the crown”. I highly recommend him.

Everyone was friendly. Visit was on time and quick. Can't see the smiling faces but you can feel it.

They were ready and willing to get an appointment for my toothache. The testing of identifying the correct tooth culprit was extensive. I was given alternatives and will return and provide information to decide on an option.

My first visit to the dentist because of Covid-19 and I have to say Rooker Family Dentistry ROCK'S. A couple of weeks ago I had lost a filling and part of my tooth. After Scott Rooker DDS looked at my tooth I was presented with options. I could not believe my ears. Another dentist in Bend told me the tooth would have to be pulled and then replaced with an implant.

The implant was going to cost a few thousand dollars. Scott said the root is healthy, there is enough tooth remaining to reshape and fit for a crown all in one sitting. I was and still am so happy to keep my tooth. Keep in mind I did not need a root canal for this type of crown, this is crown only which he was able to make right there in his office. Scott, you and your team are superstars. The pain was so minimal during the procedure and afterward, I really appreciate you and your staff Scott for taking such good care of me. You should have all my dental records in the next few days. A Heartfelt THANK YOU.

This was my first time seeing this dentist. I had a wonderful experience from when I walked in, to my x-rays (The tech was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable), the dentist made sure I didn’t have questions and explained everything to me I’m a way I could understand. He didn’t try and sell me on items I didn’t need, instead gave me timelines for when I might need to get services done if I even needed them.

Dr Rooker and the staff make you feel right at home upon arrival. The office has all of the Covid protection to help keep you safe. One of my favorite things are the massaging dental chairs - it helped me relax before my procedure. Dr Rooker and his staff are professional and caring. They explain what to expect during treatment. Highly recommend Dr Rooker!

New to the area and found Dr. Rooker’s office was taking new patients. Thank goodness!! Dr. Rooker and his team are wonderful. I had a major issue with a tooth and the care, attention and timeliness of addressing and fixing were above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased by my experience today. My twins boys where both seen and both received such wonderful care. The two hygienist where kind and so friendly. Dr Rooker answers all my questions and communicated to me everything exceptionally. Thank you for giving my boys such a positive experience at the dentist.

Heather at the front desk is fantastic! Always helpful, positive, and friendly which makes appointment scheduling easy and she is always willing to explain your bill/insurance/charges in an easy to understand manor.
Dr. Rooker is very personable and truly cares about how you FEEL about your teeth. He takes the extra time to explain options of services, costs associated, is quick and efficient yet gentle with things most dentists cause you pain over, and genuinely cares about your comfort and smile goals.
Their hygienist is just as great, very personable and efficient without being rough on you and is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
The entire crew at Rooker Family Dentistry is the absolute best and I could not ask for anything more for my family and myself when it comes to our family dentist.
