I am concerned why there have been so many staffing changes since Dr. Coombe left? It isn´t the same atmosphere. The reason I have always gone there is because of the staff. Many of those amazing people (office manager, insurance, scheduler and at least three others) are not there anymore within a two week period. This is concerning.

Recently I had a cleaning done I believe it was Monday the 5th. Anyway Marisa did my cleaning and it was the best cleaning I've ever had done. At first I wasn't sure why it felt so different from all my previous cleaners. The other hygienists all did a good job. But Marisa was noticeably different. Because my head never moved. Very little tugging, water spray, and I could barely tell she was in my mouth. Her technique is different and it made a difference for me. She does a great job, and would like to have her do my cleaning if possible. Thanks Marisa for such a smooth, not aggressive at all cleaning. But all your stat have been great.
