Because of an unfortunate miss of an poorly informed appointment, (that was lead to believe was just a walk in and wait) told me they refused to set up an appointment with me put of pure spite, even though I have a serious cavity that I have for nearly a year been trying to get fixed. They processed to do cleanings, instead of what I asked to get done, an now am in a decent amount of pain, and this women would speak down to me like a child when I'm basically pleading to set up an appointment or a walk of any sort. Flat out rude and said they refused to see me out of spite cause I missed a appointment (that's what they called it after words, before hand they told me it was a walk in, and to wait around to see if they can squeeze me in when ever) and was flat out rude about it. Now I'm in pain, and no other dentist in town accepts my insurance. Guess I'll try hood river.
