Got my tooth “fixed” here, was much shorter than the rest of my teeth. Stansbury left the room before I ever got to say anything w/ my mouth still pried open. Didn’t ask me how it looked or felt, like other dentists. Went to make another appointment and the receptionist tried to tell me she didn’t think there’s anything they can do (which is a lie, I’ve had this done multiple times w accommodating dentists.) very condescending. really sad about the whole experience and I should’ve listened to the reviews. :(

I took my son for his first appointment to this office today. Jennifer was very warm and easy to talk to. They went over his treatment options after we were seen and were very accommodating on trying to set up a follow up. I did read some of the prior reviews and was a bit hesitant before the appointment, but I feel now like my nervousness was unwarranted. Everyone was very professional and kind, the office was very clean, and they were very conscious of all the extra cleaning and sanitizing necessary for COVID. I would definitely recommend them.

I've always been satisfied with my dental care at Dr. Stansbury's office. The gal at the front desk is always kind as can be, his assistants are friendly as well as thorough and I've never had a dental need that wasn't handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

If your idea of "good bedside manner" is chatting it up like you're old buddies or being coddled over a dental situation he's seen a thousand times before, then you may find Dr. Standbury offputting. I find him to be an objective, straight to the point dentist who is solely focused on your dental health and not much beyond that. I don't see that as a bad thing...he's a dentist, that's his job.

Over the years, I've had a couple after hour concerns as well as a weekend emergency, all of which were addressed beyond what I expected for it being after business hours. I've always hated the dentist...and still don't exactly look forward to going...but have always left this office feeling well cared for and would happily recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist!

The dentist and staff are kind and accommodating.

"What is your insurance?"
A: "I don't have any."
"Well, somebody's paying."
A: "I am paying cash."
Rude opening and gross incompetence thereafter. I suffered for months because of their failure to communicate with a root canal specialist and oral surgeon. They truly do not care about your pain, only your payments.

I just had the worst experience over the phone with the office manager Jenifer!!!

She really needs some training at being a manager and a human

Jenifer you hung up on me twice and I still said thank you have a nice day.

My wife had an appointment to have a tooth pulled, nothing else.
Went in and was told they could not do it because the root was curved
and would require surgery. Then charge $138 to tell us they could not
do the tooth removal. How unethical, where else would you hire some
one to do a job and then have them look at it, say they can't do and still charge you. There is a reason for the multiple one star ratings.

Ladies at the front desk are rude and a joke and very unprofessional.🙄 If I were any of you I would go to to a different dentist AND NOT THIS ONE!!!!

I wish I could give this business a 0. Lady at the front desk is rude and very unprofessional.🙄 If you where planning to go here don't ever. Front desk is super rude. Don't waste your TIME calling!

He needs to work on his interpersonal skills with his patients! Customer service sweetie. Look it up.
Also, I'm yet to see his diploma anywhere at his office? Did he buy it in Mexico, perhaps?
