This office overbooks really badly. I have waited 45 minutes in a dentist chair multiple times for them to even START a procedure, to have a hollow apology at the end of it. This is after waiting well past my appt. time in the waiting room. I've given too many years to this place to have them repeatedly take advantage of my family's time and patience. They make it very obvious that they care for quanitity over quality. Do yourself a favor and find someone who values you more. Your teeth deserve it.

Many thanks Dr. Lam for her support of the local community. Having attended many local functions I consistently see her generosity for local causes. Recently I was fortunate enough to win a gift basket at the Relay for Life event (fight against cancer) and she donated over $150 to the basket. I presently have a long term relationship with a Dentist, however, were my existing Doctor retire, I would not hesitate to set up an appointment.Gave them a four star rating because I haven't actually been a patient. But believe that would change to 5 if I used them. If you are looking for a Dentist, I would definitely give her a try.

Dr. Lam is fantastic and everyone from the assistants to the receptionists are all very friendly and personable. They know me by name and make the experience a fun one. I would suggest they use a wider chair for those with wide hips. Their chairs are wood, narrow and uncomfortable to sit in.
