I started going here in 2017 and I love it. The staff is very nice from the receptionists, to the assistants, to the doctor. They will make you feel comfortable about going to the dentist. Dr. Logan Reiter Is the best dentist I've ever had.

The dentist was very kind as well as the staff. My son needed 3 baby teeth pulled and was very upset. The dentist talked to him and was able to pull two of them. Definitely recommend this office!!!!!!

In extreme pain for3 days. They were closed for 3 days in a row and the Denistry does not list an emergency number. Applying ice and some pain pills doesn’t work. Message from Mrs. Prescott.

Everyone was so very nice and helpful, except one. Dr. David Graham was one of the rudest people I've ever interacted with. I brought my girlfriend in because she has a phobia of the dentist and needles, after being told this he said "Well nobody like the dentist" then proceeded to insult belittle and degrade her because "she clearly doesn't take care of her teeth" she was in tears after the first thirty seconds of talking to her and all he had to say was "you got to get over it" after it was all said and done he said he wanted to pull 7 teeth just because they had cavities. All she wanted was her wisdom teeth taken care of and he didn't want to do that. Like I said in the beginning everyone else was incredibly nice, understanding and supportive just not Dr. Graham

I had a great experience at The Dentistry. Kelsey, the hygeniest that completed my cleaning was very personable, professional and gentle. She reassured me that the dental concerns I had were minor. When I met Dr. Lopez and she examined me, she confirmed that Kelsey was correct and the issues were minor. Both Kelsey and Dr. Lopez were awesome, as was the front desk staff that checked me out after my appointment was complete. The Dentistry is a great practice that I highly recommend!

Had a great appointment here, which is especially impressive considering how new the establishment is (things can be tricky during startup, but most of the usual complications seem to have been avoided/surpassed). Staff in all departments were polite & knowledgeable; the dentist & assistant answered all questions thoroughly, even providing evidence to support claims, & were efficient (so they clearly knew what they were doing & were thoughtful enough to consider your time), & the secretaries were wonderfully friendly & did not hesitate to perform tedious services such as fetching my old dental records, considering patients' availability 1st when scheduling. & even cleaning up a spill I left in the lobby (oops, sorry!). Neatly decorated & cleanly...& the free amenities (ie toothpaste, chapstick, coffee) are much appreciated. Can't wait for my next dentist appointment!

Dr Reiter is so great with his patients. The receptionists are very helpful and caring to the patients. The assistants are nice and gentle. Overall the dentistry in pleasant hills is a place you want to go to and take the whole family.

Staff always very pleasant and helpful. Every appointment I had I was seen on time. They are great with my kids as well. And its easy to get a human on the phone and not 100 differnt menu options. Which I love!♡

The staff is so professional and knowledgeable about procedures and your dental health. I was very happy with the entire first two visits with John and felt very comfortable with the entire experience for him.
