Terrible on trying to get in to see a dentist,needed to see one in May and the office manager told me she can't get me in until SEPTEMBER!!! What do you think I did after that? Find a dentist who could actually see me in a realistic timeframe!!

This was my very first experience with them. I visited the green tree location and they were very accommodating. I really love that they have all updated equipment. The staff there are very kind and friendly. I was so pleased with my experience there this was the 1st time I ever had a teeth cleaning and didn't leave out of their in excruciating pain from the removal of the plaque off of my teeth lol.
I highly recommend them!!!!

Going to the dentist is usually not what you look forward to but I have to tell you that the staff and Drs are top notch. They make you feel relaxed and tell you exactly what is best for you. My previous review was removed. The office had said I had not been to the office- which I have.
I scheduled an appointment in March for April 27th. After waiting 5-6 weeks for my cleaning, I arrived and had x-rays taken and an evaluation done. They recommended I get a deep cleaning. Instead of doing my regular cleaning that day that I was scheduled for and then scheduling a deep cleaning they just decided to not do the cleaning and schedule me for the deep cleaning on June 2. I was annoyed, but I decided to wait it out.
As my appointment was over they were suppose to let me pay but their “system was down” they said they would call me with the total, they also could not give me an estimate on what my x-rays and eval cost but they could tell me the price of the $900 mouth guard they recommended.
I received a bill a few weeks later as I never received a call that day to pay over the phone as requested. They charged me for the x-rays, evaluation (that was less than 5 minutes of the doctor looking in my mouth) and the cleaning that never occurred. I called and this was handled appropriately.
I got a text message on June 1 that said there was an emergency and my deep cleaning appointment was canceled. I never received a phone call or never asked to reschedule. So I payed $200 for an evaluation, and x-rays I will never use.
Do not waste your money and go to this unprofessional dentist.

Had a root canal done in February 2017. Still had problems with the tooth, the dentist said it takes time for pain to go away. After root canal, started getting abscess in gum by tooth, which never happened before. Asked the dentist, he just broke it and gave me an antibiotic. The abscess kept coming back. Not happy with this practice. Went to different Dentist NOT the Dentistry, wish I went there in 2017. I could have saved $2,000 and had a better outcome. Now I have to get another root canal on the same tooth or possibly lose the tooth. DONT GO TO THE DENISTRY!!!!

Can't say enough-friendly--nice--accommodating...I had first contacted another Pittsburgh Dentist, who only seemed interested in getting paid---Not Ally, Lynn, Dr. Reiter, Dr. Dominic, Laurel, Cody and everyone I have met there---they care and have taken great care of me!!! Thanks!!!
