First Choice Dental Care

Five stars is not high enough. I have anxiety when it comes to dentist, they walked me through everything they were doing. They also explained to me the reason why they were doing each and every part of the procedure and exam. Everyone is so caring about the patients. First Choice will be the place I go to as long as I am in the area.

I was very nervous about the dental work I need done, but the office staff and doctor were very kind and patient with me. They explained all options, answered all of my questions without acting like I was bothering them, and allowed me to express my concerns. I was thoroughly happy with the service I received and will be going back.

The staff us a 5 star staff. They do the best they can. While also managing alot at the same time. Dr. Dang shows great concern for his patients feelings and concerns. The reason i only rated 3 stars was do to scheduling issues. The work load per day is too much for the staff to handle. A doctor could be working on 2 patients or 3 at a time. All tho the helps us with available to get appointments. It can lead to some neglect once there. I was left for 30 minutes without any work being done. I was very uncomfortable. I had a mouth guard rapped on my teeth and after awhile i became to tender to work on and had to come back. I do not feel its the staffs fault. And i came to this conclusion on my own. A dentist shouldnt have to regularly work on 2 or 3 patients at a time. It hurts the overall companys reputations and only helps the dentist become better at his job. Which i will feel he will leave soon

$3098 for two crowns charged from these guys and my insurance negotiated the fee to around 2 grand but still no bargain. These people only seem to care about money not the patient and the staff is incompetent when dealing with insurance, they kept saying I have no insurance and I'm liable for the remaining balance of $1000 after I already paid $1000 out of pocket. I finally got the insurance straight but their attitude pissed me off so I canceled my other crown appts, I'll take my money somewhere else. On the bright side I liked the Dr.

I had a great deal of dental work done at this practice starting about 2 years ago when I had very good dental insurance. I had about 8 crowns done by a good dentist, who left the practice, as, i later determined, most of their dentist do. Seems to be a training ground for those who go on to other practices. No continuity in dentists or staff, which I really wanted and now have found. I was told that I needed four crowns on my upper teeth, by yet another one of their incredibly cold and impersonal dentists (a Dr "G"), the office messed up my appointment- cancelled it because they told me their system glitches like that sometimes.....And that's when I found a new dentist. I DID NOT NEED FOUR CROWNS! I needed one for a broken tooth and three fillings. When I compared the prices, First Dental was over twice the cost of my new dentist. THEY GOUGED ME because I had good insurance- Fraud, i think they call that. Thousands of dollars. PLEASE do not settle for these dental factory antics. Find a good dentist and beware of First Choice.

I'm glad I just now read the reviews of this place, instead of before going there! What attracted me about this office was their hours, 7 am to 7 pm. I just recently found out they are open Saturdays too which is extremely convenient for my family. I initially went because I was experiencing pain/pressure in my mouth and they got me in right away! Turns out it was because I need my wisdom teeth taken out but Dr. Colangelo (sp?) also spotted a crown that needed to be done and a filling. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and warned me before he did anything that might make me feel uncomfortable. All of the assistants are awesome!! I've had to go in twice with my kids (stay at home mom) and they are so patient with me having to bring them even though I'm sure it can be an annoyance!

Having a couple of wisdom teeth pulled wasn’t a fun time, but the staff and dentist made it as pleasant as possible. They were all friendly, understanding and professional. Under the circumstances, it was a great experience.

Very helpful hygienist who performed exams my previous dentist never mentioned. I read about it later and they are right, my old dentist office was simply behind the times. They identified decay behind my bonding that has worsened and helped me get the crowns and repair work I need to fix the damage my previous dentist was ignoring. So thankful- and I really appreciated how they approached finances openly and frankly. After insurance, it will cost me half what my previous office quoted to do the same work. I am very glad I didn't read the bad reviews first and just tried them. They are excellent!

4 stars for location, always finding me a Friday afternoon, and pleasant staff during cleaning/exams. Our fave, Jessica, was there today! She's a new mommy, so she was out awhile. Short one star due to too many different Hygienists in her absence. I don't think we've seen the same Dentist more than twice. Familiar faces and continuity are always important.

Able to use in network insurance. Fortunately I'd had some blessings from society to be able to save some funding for a difficult dental case. Workers make you feel comfortable. Offer solid, professional work using ultra modern dental equipment. Most impressive was the systematic method of designing a treatment plan.
