Very friendly, the staff there really cares about your well being. Service was pretty quick considering the circumstances of me not having an appointment.The atmosphere there is very clean and relaxing. No matter what they always make sure you are comfortable at ALL TIMES. I recommend First Choice should be your first choicešš¾š

Great experience during my first visit to First Choice for a sore tooth. Staff friendly and efficient, dental technician gentle and informative, Dr Moosani very up to date with dental technology and great at explaining the results and outlining treatment options.

The front office assistant deedee is one of the rudest people I've ever met. Everytime we call in she is just nasty. However the reason for the 5 star rating is because I receive phenomenal care from lindsey and dr.dang. They are the kindest most patient people I ever dealt with. Lindsey is efficient and I am always satisfied with the work she does. Ive been to two other dentist in town and no one has given me the care , and my teeth the care that they needed like these guys. The office manager is professional and nice as well. I highly recommend these guys. (Except deedee).

Based on reviews Iām sure this is a great dentist office & I truly wish I had the experience to be able to rate it as such. I really never take my time to write reviews or leave feedback, but if it helps the next person to not have to go through what I went through, Iāll willingly take my time to leave a comment/feedback.
I called on Saturday, June 8th with a dental emergency (this isnāt my typical dentist office, but based on a Google advertisement First Choice is an āEmergency Dentistā in the Hagerstown, MD/Waynesboro, PA area...) I barely had the opportunity to explain what was going on with my tooth and the enormous amount of pain I was in (and have been in all weekend), when the receptionist very rudely cut me off, said āwe have no appointments todayā and basically hung up on me. How inconsiderate & unprofessional! Working in the dental field, especially on a weekend when youāre advertising that you take emergencies, that should not have been the response I received.
Despite the fact that my regular dentist office isnāt open on the weekends, Iām happy to know that I have a pleasant place to call tomorrow morning at 7am to take care of my tooth pain.
If youāre not an emergency dentist, no problem.. just stop advertising as one.

I don't mind going to the dentist anymore. They do an excellent job. The hygienist is so thorough. The staff is friendly. The doctor is an expert.

Today I had the unfortunate need to have a very painful tooth pulled .. (not being overly fond of going to the dentist due to past experiences with other dentists years ago)
Today I went to First Choice Dental in waynesboro,, I was more than pleased with my experience with Dr Dang and his staff !! The entire staff was Friendly and Professional !
It was a painless tooth extraction !
If you shy away from going to the dentist like I do ,,, I would highly recommend that you give them a chance !!

I went to these guys being new to the area and hearing commercials about them so I figured what the hell I'll give them a shot. As I sat there waiting for the lady to come in and clean my teeth I over heard the receptionists talking about previous patients (BY NAME) and how gross they were. which that left me with a great feeling(enter sarcasm). then after the cleaning the dentist comes in and does an exam ran the little mirror around and says" you need a cavity drilled and filled" well that's funny since the lady doing the cleaning just told me I had no cavities and everything was looking good. this place is a HIPPA violating, pocket robbing JOKE.

I had work done here a couple years back. They treat it like your buying a car! They take you in this side room to discuss how much they are going to charge. At 19 I had never had a cavity but suddenly at my first appointment with Dr. Doyle I needed $5000 worth of work done. I now go to a different dentist who actually cares and doesn't charge anything for teeth cleaning when Dr Doyle charged $175. Dr Doyle also had taken all 4 IMPACTED wisdom teeth out while I was awake with minimal pain meds. Wouldn't wish this dentist on my worst enemy!
