Dr. Rudd is The BEST!

Dr. Rudd provides excellent care & makes it a high priority that her patients feel comfortable and get what they need from her office. Highly recommend, especially if you have some dental anxiety.

Ever since she put a crown on my tooth, I've been in pain. Her solution is for me to chew on the other side of my mouth. I felt like I was being butchered in her dental chair. She was in way too big of a hurry to do a decent job. This is a nightmare. "Gentle Care" is the wrong name for this woman. Not to be recommended under any circumstances.

My first time there, the staff was nice and my only complaint was the cleaning caused my teeth to be very sensitive for a couple months after. I ended up having to cancel my second appointment which I had done a couple weeks earlier but on the morning of my appointment I got a phone call from Tony at the front desk who was extremely rude on the phone. He questioned if I actually cancelled my appointment then claimed they have over thousands of patients so my cancellation must've not gone threw and then hung up the phone.

Great staff who go the extra mile to be courteous and respectful. As someone who generally hates going to the dentist, they really put you at ease. It helps that they also do great work.

I've been getting my yearly cleaning here since last year and I love the staff! Julie is the sweetest & most friendly RDH I've ever met. I usually come in the office a little nervous and she always start the treatment by small talking and letting my guard down. Dr. Rudd is also very nice and professional. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who's scared of going to a dentist!

Dr. Rudd is the best. I've been going to her my whole life. I trust her more than any other medical professional I've come across. She genuinely cares for her patients and is great at her job. Her staff is equally as awesome!!

The office is in a very convenient location, the women on staff are superb, and the atmosphere is extremely friendly. This practice is the BEST choice for anyone of age looking for a great dentist

I've been trying to get a corrected claim sent to the insurer for work that was never completed. I can't get a reply from Gentle Care Dentistry or get this correction completed.
