I went to get my teeth cleaned today and I had a very pleasant experience from the time I walked in the door, the receptionist or administrator greeted me by name, the assistant that set me up in the chair, the dental hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was friendly and professional. This office does a variety of things so I will probably get any dental work that I need from them. They have a nice new office that is awesome. I even had a massage in the chair as I was waiting to get my teeth cleaned. I have also gotten a crown put on there and it went great, Dr Patel really knows his craft. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone. I have had some nightmare stories about dentist but Thank you Kenmar dental for making my experience a good one. I will see you again in June.

My DHMO plan with Cigna requires that I select a dentist and wait 14 days for my benefits to become available. As I sit here typing this review, Dr. Patel is listed as In-Network and Accepting new patients on the Cigna website. So, I selected him, waited the 14 day period, and called to schedule a cleaning. I was told that they're not accepting new patients with THIS particular insurance plan. They didn't bother to update Cigna so it will cost me another 14 days once I select a new dentist. This is sloppy and unprofessional of Dr. Patel's office staff.

It was our first time at this location. My daughter and I were a bit disappointed after traveling there only to find out we couldn’t get our teeth cleaned. Possible out of pocket expenses should be addressed during the initial phone call or after running the insurance. The provider barely examines you. He looks at the x-ray pictures, looks in your mouth for maybe 10 seconds and boom you’re done. And then the assistant comes back telling you what your out of pocket expenses are going to be. Making a blank trip could have been avoided completely. If you have braces, good luck. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Patel can do a little better.

I definitely recommend Kenmar dental. Hated going to dentist, but I have no fear going to Kenmar. They numb your gums before teeth cleaning so you don’t feel anything. They also have massaging chairs and a tv so you can relax while having your teeth cleaned, wonderful staff also.
