If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have been a patient here for 25+ years. The staff are outstanding and make you feel comfortable regardless of what procedure you are having. The best thing about this practice is their system on how to deliver their best service in the safest way possible in this pandemic. I love how they control the number of patients in the office by timely texting me when to come in the clinic while waiting in the parking lot. Wearing masks, Separating the dirty pens from clean ones and disinfecting them when needed , checking temperature upon arrival , allowing patients to answer screening questions regarding COVID-19 are reassuring gestures that they care about our safety . These are pandemic measures only. Actual dental procedures are excellently and hygienically performed, too. I am so proud to always say that I go to Jefferson Dental!!!

As usual , from start to finish everything was at par. The front desk staff , dental assistant and checkout staff were excellent. Nothing beats our Dr H! If you are afraid of needles, he can redirect you with his stories while he maneuvers the numbing agent in. I had my front teeth filling and they looked impeccably done! It seemed like nothing happened there all the more as it was in between the teeth. Expertly done in a systematic fashion. Just like “DONE IN 60 Seconds!” Kudos to this practice .

I don't always look forward to going to the dentist, but it's been my pleasure as I've been going to Dr Hanzel for years. Especially in my time of dire need, Dr Hanzel has been there for me to ease my pain. My hygienist Lisa is the best at what she does. I may not always like the advice but she's excellent at getting you to focus on what I need to keep my mouth healthy. Kelly keeps the financial details pain-free as well. I can't say enough about Dr Hanzel and his team.

I've been a patient of Dr Hanzel since 1986. He's always been kind and compassionate and in 35 years he has always done what is in my best interest, not trying to sell me toothbrushes, dental gadgets or in necessary procedures. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done in a way I can understand. His staff is always pleasant and accommodating, and never make me feel uneasy about even the smallest concern with my smile. I highly recommend Jefferson Dental to anyone looking for a dentist or not happy with their current one.
