Dr L. is top notch, always compassionate and extremely good at what he does. The charges are very reasonable and they never recommend anything above and beyond what you need. The office staff are consistently friendly, very accommodating and always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I can’t recommend this office enough, especially if you are typically scared of the dentist. He’s the best of the best and so is his staff.

Dr Langenhans has been my dentist for 15 yrs. I moved to Florida in February and this week I knew a tooth had to be pulled. Yes I drove 8 hours each way to have him pull the tooth. So gentle so fast NO pain. As of today he is the only dentist I want taking care of me! His staff is caring and efficient.

All the girls are very welcoming and can’t do enough to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Langehans is wonderful, had a root canal done today absolutely pain free , and time management is incredible. Going to the dentist for me was always a fear, I’d make any excuse possible not to go. Dr. Langehans has made a negative an extreme positive, thank you

My husband went to this dentist as it was the only one available to remove his wisdom tooth sooner then our preferred dentist. The dentist at this location was mad at his employees for screwing up his schedule and eventually was then rude to my husband as if it were his fault. He removed his tooth very aggressively and he is still very sore. Atmosphere there was awful for him too and he said he felt very uncomfortable due to the situation.

I left with the same tooth broke in the front ( he never fixed ) He told me when I went back next day he fix he will have to charge me again .First day was very thankful he fix my tooth ( in around 3 minutes . He never handle to me the mirror or he’s bilingüe assistant. Went I went outside my tooth still broke . They told me to went back . I couldn’t understand how if he hace 2 people or more who speak my Same lenguaje and he didn’t fix my tooth . Next day he fix it in few minutes . But I had I tooth longer . And I went after after he always was acting like I did something wrong . He’s face was looking with lot of hate . I will recommend any one to go somewhere else this dentist doesn’t care to do a good job .only is about money

I had a bad tooth that had me in so much pain I could not think. I called and asked if the dentist could see me today and described my symptoms. The desk had me come in within an hour and a half. The doctor seen me as soon as I got there. They made me comfortable and had the tooth out within 30 minutes. I recommend Off island dental care for the customer service and dental services.

All the staff, hygienists and the dentist at Off Island Dental are kind, caring and professional. Being a very nervous patient, all staff took extra time to put me totally at ease. It's an extremely well run practice. I am always well informed on the treatment they are going to do. This office is beautiful with a great atmosphere and very welcoming.
