Warming and inviting office. Always gets you in right away and goes above and beyond. This office was amazing at letting me know what needs to be done and goes into detail with what treatment is needed. They helped me set up payment arraignments that I could afford. This is office is really about patient care. If your looking for a office that is caring and understandable then this office is for you!! I’d give 100 stars if I could there wonderful!!

I recently moved to Bluffton from Pittsburgh and was looking for a Dentist. Was referred to Off Island Dental Care. It was time for a cleaning. I must say it was the best cleaning i have ever had. The Dentist seems really nice. Need a filling fixed, we will see how much i like him after that. (Lol). I dont do well with pain. All the ladies are very nice and professional. Will update if anything changes, but so far so good. Would definately recommend.

Now we all would rather do about anything but visit the Dentist. I was in for a cleaning. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The Hygienist was informative and painless with a great sense of humor. Dr Langehans reviewed my xrays and performed a exam. I left with a clean bill of dental health. I recommend Off Island Dental .

Superior dentistry~ Dr. Langehans carries the perfect blend of chairside manner, expertise and patient care. He is highly efficient and knowledgeable in every facet of dental care. He and all his hygienists and support staff constantly exceed our expectations. I was not a huge fan of the dentist as a child, but my girls get excited and look forward to going; huge bonus for this mom!!

Was dispose to cap 5 teeth in front. My advice stay away,
They look so bad my family and other people I showed could not believe what he did. One side the teeth are longer than other side, I needed to get them done again but it takes a lot of money, now they are broke in front also. If you like let me know and I'll send pictures. Not nice, paid no attention to what I wanted.
