First time being to the dentist in a while - needed a wisdom tooth extracted. The process didn’t take more than 30 mins - I was made comfortable & didn’t feel a thing during my extraction!!! Extremely satisfied with my visit today & highly recommend!!

I was traveling out of state with my family and cracked my tooth on day one. Dr. Langehans office was able to give me a quick appointment and he was able to extract the tooth with basically zero discomfort. The staff were polite, professional and accepted my insurance. Thanks

I would not recommend this place at all! Dr Michael D. Langehans was very rude and unpleasant! This was my second and last visit here. I got 2 tooth extracted and was told that he doesn't give a prescription for 2 teeth extractions, only for "10 to 18" teeth being pulled at one time! That's ridiculous. Then he proceeds to pre bill me something I haven't got done yet. If your looking for a great dentist I would not recommend him

EVERYONE is always pleasant. As soon as you walk in they are there to greet you! Not your typical dentist office, service dog on site and adorable at that! Office is decorated with a seaside feel to it, a cozy atmosphere....
Not to mention extremely clean and tidy...oh did I mention the Dr. is awesome....perfect family dentistry....oh and my husband and I travel 2 hours to see Dr. Langehans...

My boyfriend broke his tooth and was in a lot of pain. They took us the same day. Did the exam and procedure all the same day. They were extremely kind and the inside is very cozy and inviting. I'm recommending them to everyone in the future!

Went to see them while on vacation for an emergency. The staff was super friendly and very patient with me. I was a little hesitant because I have had several bad encounters with a couple of previous dentists and this time around was completely different. There was a young lady ( I believe her name was Oma) there who reassured me that everything would be fine and that the Dr. was very good. She was correct. He did a great job with my repair and made sure I had all my questions answered before I left. I would definitely recommend this office especially if you have had prior bad experiences as I have. from: a very pleased patient.

Thought I had an issue with a tooth or my gums and called by 9 am and was instructed 10:15 for an appointment.
The staff as usual was warm and welcoming and totally amazing. Doc as always is super professional and fun to chat with and very knowledgeable.
I would always recommend Off Island Dental to anyone that needs a dentist.

I've been to various different dental offices/clinics in the past because I've never had the best luck with my teeth. After going to 3 different dental offices, I felt really discouraged because I didn't feel that high level of comfort with my dentist. After some research and talking to other people, I came across Off-Island Dental Care! They were a complete life saver... or should I say Smile Saver! The moment you walk in, the staff is extremely attentive and welcoming. (A smile goes a LONG way in making a patient feel comfortable) .. I felt that the dentist wasn't trying to make a profit out of me (like a lot of dentists do nowadays) .. He was very compassionate and had my best interest at heart when it came to my health. I HIGHLY recommend you give Off-Island Dental Care a shot if you're in the area. We all know going to the dentist isn't always pleasant, but the staff here will definitely go above and beyond to meet your needs! From- Happy patient!

If I could give no stars I would. They lied to me about being "In-Network" from December to April. They have charged me over $1000 worth of work, and dragged it out for over 6 months when I went to a dentist down the street and they told me that it was a way to make money by repeatedly charging you and your insurance company for a procedure that can take 3-4 hours TOTAL. My fiancé went to the dentist about a broken tooth and was quoted over $1000 and a root canal. We left and went to a different dentist who discovered that a root canal was NOT needed, and we walked out of there paying hundreds of dollars less. Even though they made him schedule an appointment before he left. Also, I have been making monthly payments and was told "it's not a problem" "we will work with you" and I get a phone call today from a collection company for Off Island Dental.
They are CROOKS. They will lie to you, scam you out of your money, and smile in your face the entire time. BEWARE of them. Seriously
