Sadly this was my worst dental experience ever. They called me 3 hours before my appointment and asked for insurance details when I’d been scheduled for weeks. The customer service was poor. Spanish is without a doubt the primary language. If you’re bilingual then this is for you. If not there will be a language barrier and communication clarty can be frustrating. The technology is up to date this is what made it a one star instead of a zero and my dental hygenist was a Christian.

I went into Mundo Dentistry thinking I needed a crown. But Dr. Howell suggested a less expensive, less invasive solution that has worked well. This is a modern practice with a friendly, helpful staff and dentists that look out for your interest ahead of their own. I am a fan.

The staff is VERY friendly & accommodating. My only issue is with the whole insurance verification process. I believe they use a 3rd party, which is not very good at verifying benefits.

This was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had! The equipment was state of the art, the amenities were so nice, the staff was so friendly, and the dentist was friendly thorough and honest! They didn't treat you like a number, try to sell you anything, or do unnecessary work!
