Everyone I've met with has been amazing, the ladies behind the desk are top notch, I've been fortunate to have the same hygienist both times and would love to work with her again. Very polite and takes time to answer any and all questions.
Even the Dr. I met with on my first visit was awesome!
Overall, I feel the red carpet was rolled out and I'm no one special!

This dentistry acting like scammers. Before regular checkup and cleaning, I had check couple times over the phone, before and after visit, if they are in network with my insurance Aetna PPO. Receptionist checked my insurance card couple times, and confirmed you are good, no out of pocket payment needed, but in the end of the year, I got bill from them, there said SouthLake Family Dentistry is out of network with Aetna PPO, and you should cover third part of the bill by yourself. Very bad customer experience :(

I have been going to Dr Chougule for close to 4 years now and choosing her as a dentist has been the best decision. Her entire staff makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I have had to have alot of dental work done recently and I am able to walk into the office fairly calm, knowing that they do an amazing job.
