My family's first experience with this practice could not have been better. It started with a call to the office and a lengthy discussion of the practice with Shane. She is remarkably knowledgeable of all things related to insurance and billing. She was very transparent and honest and she was careful to set accurate expectations for us about a number of considerations. She's a true professional.
When we met with Dr. Patel he quickly put us at ease and carefully assessed what he thought could and should be done for my family member's chipped front tooth. He explained that the repair would very likely wear down a second time. Dr. Patel suggested a couple different options and time-frames. Ultimately we chose to have it repaired at that time and trusted him to proceed, exercising his own discretion regarding films, product, color, technique, etc... The end result was PERFECTION! I left with a "family member" who was very proud of her new smile!
I won't go into detail but Dr. Patel insisted on making this the least expense cosmetic dental visit ever! He was beyond generous, very kind and skilled and we are grateful. -what a class-act. Thank you! Dan Brown

His work is gentle, thorough, meticulous, precise, and impeccable, and his manner is kind, courteous, considerate, and friendly. Additionally, Dr. Patel's team - his hygienists and dental assistants and his administrative staff - are all consummate professionals.

I recently saw Dr. Patel to be established as a new patient. I'd been seeing another local dentist, but after my first visit at CCRD, I realized that my last dentist wasn't doing what was best for me nor my teeth. He had done so much, but hadn't completely done the work. Dr. Patel and Ms. Penny took their time and explained to me everything that needed to be done. It was shocking, but I'm looking forward to my next appointment to fully discuss my treatment plan. Best office ever!

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Patel and his whole staff! They were friendly, informative and patient with all my questions (which were many). My teeth needed a great deal of work and I was concerned about the process and the end result. My fears turned out to be unjustified as the process was smooth and relatively quick considering the work that needed to be done and now I have a million dollar smile, which thanks to Dr. Patel's very fair pricing, I was able to afford without having to break the budget.

After receiving bad but expensive dental care, I visited several dentists within a few months searching for one I could trust. Each visit cost more with no resolution to my dental problems. I found Dr Patel and have been completely satisfied. He is so very honest and probably under promises instead of over promising which leaves patients diasappointed. My husband and I drive almost two hours to see Dr Patel, and he is worth every mile. The cherry on top is that every member of his staff is great too.

Absolutely outstanding and professional visit - Dr Mayur Patel and his team took me on as a new patient after a crown from a different dentist broke loose after only one year. His team made room in his schedule on the same day I called. His receptionist was likewise outstanding- she had already filled in much of the standard data on the new patient form further expediting my repair by Dr Patel. Highly recommend Dr Patel’s team!

I recently had to have a dental bridge repaired. I was a little apprehensive as what that might entail. Fortunately, I was under the dental care of Dr. Patel. He and his staff kept me appraised of what the process was to
achieve a successful outcome. I was glad to utilize the modern pleasant offices of Carolina Center for Restorative Dentistry.
Within a few weeks, and three appointments the new bridge was made and the repair completed with a minimum of stress, a very matter of fact procedure.

I am very happy with the cosmetic appearance ( it as good as the natural teeth.) I have the satisfaction of knowing my teeth look good and I can
eat what foods I like with an eye to preserving my good health at my current age of the late sixties and beyond. Good dental health allows
one to maximize longevity and maintaining same is important for a happy life. When considering the freedom good dental health provides, it is a good return , for the time invested in going to the dentist to maintain dental health and is best to be checked at appointments twice a year ongoing every six months.

I would like to thank Dr Patel and his staff for the wonderful staff for excellent treatment I received at their office yesterday. They worked me in to deal with my emergency.They had never seen me before but treated me as if I had been going there for years.They solved my problem and I could not be more pleased with the treatment I received. Dr.Patel and his staff provide an outstanding Dental Service.
I drive approx. 760 miles (one way) from Pennsylvania, to combine my visit to his office as well as seeing my Children and Grandchildren who live in Charleston S.C.

I love Dr. Patel and the amazing staff here! I never have to wait past my appointment time to be seen. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. For anyone with dental anxiety, this is definitely a great place to go :)
