If I could give a zero I would. This place came recommended to our family and has been a billing nightmare since day one. I've now received a bill TODAY 11/12, for $1100 for my daughter who has not visited this office since earlier this year. The bill is also not itemized so I have no idea what the charges are for. My husband and I have had to call, email and visit the office in personal more than once to ensure that they have the correct insurance information and they still can never seem to get it right or explain why large charges mysteriously appear for both of our daughters long after we have paid in office and long after they have been seen. Both had had wisdom teeth pulled earlier this year.

Had wisdom tooth removal the 2nd here and the experience was as good as I’d hoped for. The staff is so reassuring and comforting. The dr was super nice and understanding and everything was explained very thoroughly at my consult and my actual surgery appt. Highly recommend this place

Me and my family went here for years and when we switched dental offices the new dentists said that the root canal I had done here was very poorly done and ruined my whole tooth. Plus every person in my family who went here had problem like fillings falling out.

😊 Awesome!! I had my first appointment here today and I’ve had a very wonderful first impression. Everyone at check in was nice and friendly. My dental assistant was honest and professional with everything we spoke about. The Dentist was good about my treatment plan and is going to do exactly what I want so I’m thankful that he is listening to my needs and is practicing good medicine. Thank you!

Nice clean office. Techs are friendly and professional! Dental assistants are great at cleaning and don't cause any pain! Dentist, Dr. Player, is nice, laid back and takes plenty of time and explains things thoroughly. I love it there!

I've been coming to Westgate Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for many years through my teenhood and young adulthood and always get Casey, who's been fantastic. Clean, beautiful facility, smart staff who balance friendly compassion with professionalism, good wait times. Effective dental care with gentle hands. Always a relaxing time for me. I know of some local dentists who want to financially take advantage of you, but that's never the case here.

Always nice and friendly. They take the time out to communicate and try to understand what you want to do. They always try to accommodate what you want and give you options to choose from. Easy to make appointments. I enjoy going to my hygienist, Amber, always making it comfortable and enjoyable when I have to go for my cleanings.

It seemed like a great appt. I've had more brutal cleanings than this one, but I've also had skimpy ones. It was a short visit from the dentist. I was surprised that he didn't try to talk me into replacing crowns or getting dentures. It took a while to process me out of there. The clerk seemed confused about something in my acct. She had someone else look at it. I left after I was told I owed nothing. I failed to get a receipt saying just that. It turns out the dentist, Hamp Kennemore, they assigned me is out of network on Medicare and they knew this was Medicare insurance. Edit: My Insurance needs to update their files. All is good.

I very disappointed was scheduled for a cleaning that never happened. The overall experience was horrible. Looking for another dentist that was a joke.

Dentist is hard to get some recognition since most people have a phobia of dentist. I really "enjoy" my Dentist and how informative, patient and explains everything to me. I also think I have the BEST dental hygienist in office. She puts me at ease by talking to me and not just "working on me". Thanks!
