I won't be going back to this dentist after the experience I had. They were great about getting me in right away for an abscessed tooth. Dr. Anderson ended up pulling 2 teeth that were right next to each other. But my complaint is they tried numbing the area. The assistant asked if it was numb and I told her the front was but not the back area. When Dr Anderson came in he asked as well. I stated it wasn't numb. So he went to give me another shot but seriously slammed the needle in full force. I practically jumped. And was holding on to the chair in severe pain. Even Dr Anderson said he was shocked at my response that usually people can't feel it the 2nd shot ...HELLO.. I just said it wasn't numb. My face was really red and swollen from the situation. I emailed them to see if I could get antibiotics for the abscess but no response. They lost a customer. Which is too bad because I have a lot of dental work I'll be getting done soon. He did try and apologize but I'll be going somewhere else next time.
