I'm scared to death of needles i hate them. I had an appointment today and never been more comfortable at a dental office than today. There staff knows what they are doing and I will never go to another dentist again. Thank you for taking your time with me and making me feel not so anxious about the procedure I had done. They start out friendly, but with my families experience if you don't agree with their plan of care and have a different opinion then you better find a new actually "Family" dentist. I'm keeping this short, but please shop around, they are NOT family friendly and seem money hungry! I was ready to leave them a few months back when we had a issue and decided to give them one more chance. I left very upset and told them we would go else where, well not even 20 minutes after I left, the business managed called me telling me they would no longer see our family anymore!! He didn't even ask for my side of the story or try to make it right.
