Damron Dental Care

I haven't been to the dentist in 4 years. Dr. Damron and his staff are extremely supportive and friendly. Although there's much work to be done, Dr. Damron and his staff encouraged me that it wasn't as bad as I thought, and the results would be worth. I was even educated about what I did well, and learned what caused my problems, and offered suggestions for improvement.

I've been going to Damron Dental Care since Dr. Damron took over from Dr. Collins and have always received the best service. The employees are very friendly and helpful as is Dr. Damron. I would highly recommend Damron Dental Care.

I went to Damron Dental originally to receive crowns of a few root canals I received at the end of my active duty, and I stayed. I've been going there just short of a year and I have had the crowns done, some fillings, as well as 2 cleanings and I will continue going there. The staff is always helpful and open to questions and calls. From my last visit, they recommended some changes, which I followed, and those changes made my hyper-sensitive teeth able to function like normal teeth (I'm able to eat once cream again without a problem!). They explain your insurance benefits step-by-step and tell you exactly what to expect upon your next visit, which is very helpful because it can get confusing. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Damron was very patient and courteous. He was very conscious about my comfort. During the procedure he was genital and careful. I didn't feel any discomfort or pain. I felt that he really cared about me as a person.

I have been using Damron Dental Care for many years. My experiences with Dr. Damron have always been positive. Everyone in his office is professional and friendly. The dental hygienist always tried her best to make my teeth clean.

I have been a patient of Dr. Damron for 11 years and have never had an issue with this office. The staff is very friendly and they take your comfort/pain tolerance seriously. I have never had a filling fall out/chip or experienced unnecessary pain. Be open with them and they will go above and beyond for you.

Best Dental Care you’ll receive in Shelby County. Their professionalism is superb. They also care about their patients as if you were family. I recommend anyone looking for a new dental home to set up an appointment ASAP! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been going here for about a year and I had no complaints until the front office workers started billing me a considerable amount than what was told to me. The first was about 400.00 more than was quoted to me. I spoke with the receptionist and was promised it would not happen again. The next visit she under quoted me 630.00 . She said it was an estimate and I have to pay it after I payed 400.00 for the visit. This was done to me INTENTIONALLY and have been threatened with collections. They will not accept any responsibility and this is nothing less than extortion..

Dr. Damron and Michelle were really sweet and worked me in this morning. They were very attentive and answered all of my questions. They educated me on what all needed to be done and yet so reassuring that everything would be okay and that they would take care of my needs. I highly recommend them to anyone.
