I am petrified of the dentist and have ALWAYS gotten intravenous sedation but on my recent and 1st visit to Dove family dentistry Bartlett I had an awesome experience. I only received local sedation and was very pleased with my results. Thank you so much to Fannie and Destiny and the Dentist Dr. Azab were great and made my experience even more relaxing. Thank you again for your Awesome services and I will return.

Well, I got there and the wait wasn't long so I'll give them credit for that. However, the lady who assigned to do my cleaning, made me sign a paper of payment that they'll submit to the insurance, but she never completed the work. She took the x-ray and then left me to work on another patient so o never got the cleaning done. See, they were behind as usual, but they don't want people to walk out and they not get paid. So they make you sign a payment paper before they start on you or they won't start, then they fo the x-ray and leave you for another patient forever and your just laying there in the chair forever. I never received the cleaning. They figure that you won't walk out no matter how long they leave you, because they force you to sign the payment paperwork or they won't start on you. This is wrong. Then she told the lady at the front desk that I basically got everything, because they want my insurance to pay the full amount. I already called my insurance and told them not to, just pay the x-ray. Bad experience every time, but it's going to be the last time.

I am yet again disappointed I had a scheduled upon arrival was told I could not be found in the system. I did reschedule which put me in an inconvenience. Once I left I that how unprofessional my situation was so I called back and canceled. Then about a week later I received a txt confirming an appt for the following week that I did not schedule. Someone from the office then called to confirm and I explained I never made an appointment so I’m unaware of why it was made. I asked to speak with the office manager and was told she was very busy and to leave my name and number and I would get a return call and here it is 3 days later and still no return call.

Appointment scheduled for 12 noon but entire staff goes to lunch at noon. Expected me to wait an hour for their return. This happened twice in 2 weeks. My family and I will never return to or recommend this office again. I only gave 1 star because it was the lowest rating offered. Poorly managed.

I dare you send me a survey...I made an appointment over 3 weeks ago, gave the receptionist my insurance information. I was told by the receptionist that the insurance would be ran the day before my appointment and if I didn't hear anything back, everything was good. Well that was far from the truth after paying for a baby sitter and waisted gas and time...I was told upon arrival that my Insurance was not accepted at Dove. No one there seem to care about the big inconvenience this caused me. What medical facility does business like this??? This is a sad world we are living in, no one cares about anything or anyone...it's all about the dollar!!!

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. The doctor and his staff are very friendly. The overall atmosphere of this place is very welcoming. I like how quick they are. I’m in and out with no problem. I would definitely recommend Dove Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

Walked in before 10am Did my paperwork gave it to the receptionist. Around 10:15 I asked the receptionist if my procedure would be completed by 12:00 she said yes. Took my seat, at 11:15 I inquire about the first come first serve and reservist said yes, I ask why have 4 people come in after me and have already been called to the back. Wasted 1 1/2 hrs to get nothing done.
