A Franklin
This is one of the most phenomenal dentist offices my family has ever experienced. Everyone was very warm, inviting, welcoming, professional and courteous. They were par excellent in every way! The atmosphere was absolutely incredible. Therefore, I would highly recommend Dr. Fitzhugh and his staff without any reservations. Our family is beyond happy with the decision, in making this our new dentist provider. ❤️

Absolutely best staff and experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. So attentive and caring and knowledgeable. They were able to see me very quickly in a tough situation and I can’t be more appreciative. Dr. Bourgeois and her team were fantastic. The whole process was smooth and quick and convenient. I wish I could mention each person by name to give them the much deserved recognition, however, I was in a bit of a delirious state. Everyone I encountered from reception to insurance paperwork to even a random staff member I encountered in the hall was so accommodating and sweet. I 100% recommend this facility. I will be a regular here now for sure. What a wonderful and trustworthy group of healthcare professionals. Thank you to everyone for taking care of me above and beyond.

I absolutely love that place. My hygienist is wonderful, thorough, and done before I even realize it. She is great. The ladies at the desk are caring and so friendly. They take the time to explain everything. I am looking forward to working with my dentist Dr. Fitzhugh on my dental plan that he has worked out for me. The Bartlett office makes sure that I am always notified well in advance of everything. They are great!!

When my temporary crown broke Dr. Alexis Bourgeois made me a new one the same day. She took great care of me and I was pain free. She's one of the most highly competent dentists I've experienced and her care for her patients is quite evident with her professionalism, compassion, and competency. I highly recommend her.

I’m fairly new to the Bartlett area and wanted a dentist closer. However I kept going to my dentist in Olive Branch. I’m not very trusting when it comes to trying new doctors or dentist. I read the reviews and thought to myself this office just really be great. All these people can’t be lying that left great reviews lol. I called and made an appt and was very impressed. The office staff was prompt, knowledgeable, considerate of my time and most of all efficient! The dentist and hygienist were amazing. I had such and awesome experience I referred both of my daughters and a few friends. Keep up the great work and don’t change anything!

Dr. Fitzhugh has the knowledge & beside manner I was looking for when I came in for a consult. He took the time to listen & was empathetic & offered solutions that my previous dentist didn't do. Maddie was great! She had a very down to earth & sweet personality. As soon as I walked in, the front desk was welcoming & professional. BTW love the Stranger Things Halloween decorations!!
